Nothing to say, they are at the top!! the application is super powerful and Liam's customer service is exceptional. I immediately saw an improvement in my store, I highly recommend.

Tapita is incredibly easy to use and yet very effective! You want to know your store speed? Click, you know it. Wanna optimize it? Click, it is optimized. The same goes with SEO audit, enabling search console, optimizing images, anything. And they've got excellent support which helped me solve some of the SEO issues in no time. Totally recommended.

The app is great, let´s optimize images with one click and the support is also great. I contacted their support and they increased my score by at least 20 points! What a service! Thank you Tapita, keep the great work up!

I installed this app one week ago. My site speed was only 23. I was able to double my speed and greatly increase my SEO score by following the initial steps. After developers made some changes to my theme I noticed my site speed slow significantly. I reached out to support because I had already done the easy things. They helped walk me through several more steps to improve SEO, and after gathering some information from me the speed issue was escalated to the tech team. They will go in and actually make improvements to the code for me, which was more than I expected. This is a really nice service for those who are not experts in code. I have the top tier plan but for the service it seems well worth the 49.99.

I recently tried out Tapita, and wow, they're fantastic! The tech team really knows their stuff, fixing my problems super quickly. But what blew me away was how nice and helpful everyone was. Whether it was answering questions or making sure I was happy, the Tapita folks were top-notch. Plus, they make everything easy to understand. I've been using Tapita's paid version for speed optimization for the past couple of months. Today, when I reached out to their team regarding critical SEO issues, they provided excellent support by resolving the errors. I truly appreciate Mary's exceptional customer service. Five stars!

I worked with Remy later in the evening on 2.12.24 and I had just updated my Shopify theme & needed assistance with fixing a lot of errors that would have taken me about a month to do on my own. Remy was very pleasant, knowledgeable, quick, and always asked permission & kept me updated on what's going on and the status. Remy was also very patient with me as of course I was multi-tasking and didn't have my computer volume on and didn't hear the "ding". I'm on the Advanced Plan & it's well worth the when you get someone of Remy's caliber in chat. I'm always hesitant to add yet another app to my Shopify store but I can tell you, hands down 100% the honest truth that this App is WELL WORTH EVERY SINGLE PENNY! Thank you again, Remy for your support tonight, I appreciate it!
