Tapita was referred to me by a friend of mine and it is truly worth every dollar I have spent. The interface/dashboards provided are easy to understand and clearly highlight the particular issues that need to be fixed. I have enjoyed fixing issues, re-scanning and watching the SEO score improve. The customer service provided via the chat function has been exemplary. Each person I have spoken to has been able to provide me with step by step trouble shooting where I have not been able to work out how to fix something, and when a fix needs code knowledge beyond my control, they have logged in to help with this. They have also been able to provide industry expertise into other ways my SEO can be improved and have provided these services also. This is a brilliant spend for anyone else like me, who doesn't have a clue about SEO or how to fix. Could not have been friendlier or easier to deal with.

I downloaded this app a couple months ago and the customer support is great and the app is easy to use. It helped increase my website performance to 80 when it was 14 in just 10 minutes. they also helped me with SEO errors, highly recommended!

Awesome customer service by Tapita especially Lani & Krystal from the company, is the best one. There are lots in the paid version than free version. I'm looking forward to keep using this app for my ecommerce brand.

We've had an almost seamless experience. Only issue we had was user error. We didn't realize that when you use their auto Alt-Tag tool it will go through and remove any alt tags you had already added. But, their support has always been very helpful and responsive.

Honestly, i didn't know what to expect, but they did some things for free, optimized my site, and boosted it to 94% SEO score. And now I am considering buying a subscription as there are a few more items need sorting out, and also I am regularly adding new products to the site, which needs optimizing. And yes a guy called Liam did this for me and I am very thankful!
