The online chat is amazing, got various problems sorted as we are not computer geeks!! this app is great and saved me so much. Liam from support was the best. He was patient and helped me resolve some errors that I had no idea how to fix. He also put in a few requests with their tech department for me. I highly suggest anyone with a new site use the app and use the chat support. It works.
