I installed this app one week ago. My site speed was only 23. I was able to double my speed and greatly increase my SEO score by following the initial steps. After developers made some changes to my theme I noticed my site speed slow significantly. I reached out to support because I had already done the easy things. They helped walk me through several more steps to improve SEO, and after gathering some information from me the speed issue was escalated to the tech team. They will go in and actually make improvements to the code for me, which was more than I expected. This is a really nice service for those who are not experts in code. I have the top tier plan but for the service it seems well worth the 49.99.

I worked with Remy later in the evening on 2.12.24 and I had just updated my Shopify theme & needed assistance with fixing a lot of errors that would have taken me about a month to do on my own. Remy was very pleasant, knowledgeable, quick, and always asked permission & kept me updated on what's going on and the status. Remy was also very patient with me as of course I was multi-tasking and didn't have my computer volume on and didn't hear the "ding". I'm on the Advanced Plan & it's well worth the when you get someone of Remy's caliber in chat. I'm always hesitant to add yet another app to my Shopify store but I can tell you, hands down 100% the honest truth that this App is WELL WORTH EVERY SINGLE PENNY! The page speed feature is great and very improving. There were times when the page speed did not work when updating the theme, but support was able to fix it right away. Great app.
