Great customer service, never disappoints!
Hi there, Thank you for your feedback, and We're sorry for the confusion this situation caused. 1) Why you lost access to the paid/trial plan The paid access we previously enabled was tied to your original installation. After the app is uninstalled, Shopify’s platform policy requires us to delete the store’s existing app data. When the app is installed again, it’s treated as a new installation, and the system applies the current limits/eligibility for that new install. This isn’t something we can bypass, as it’s a Shopify compliance requirement. 2) Email/store mismatch after uninstall Previously, you contacted us using the email associated with Melizafashion, but your recent message came from an email under the Avontuurjue domain. Because the app had already been uninstalled (and store data removed per Shopify policy), we weren’t able to reliably confirm that both stores/emails belonged to the same account. 3) Our proposed solution We’ve proactively reached out to you via email and offered a plan with higher benefits to make this right. Please consider that offer, and reply to our email (or share your store URL and the best contact email) so we can confirm ownership and get you set up as quickly as possible. The easiness of installing the app and switching the speedoptimizer on is a real gamechanger. My webshop’s speed went according to Shopify’s performance metrics from below average to the top 12% of equal webshops. Very happy with it; using the free plan.

I really recommend this app if you want to boost your website's SEO and speed for real. A lot of other apps promise improvements, but you don't really see or feel the difference. When you check with Google, it's the same story. Be careful because many apps might just want your money without delivering actual results. This app is the best one out there for improving your SEO and making your website faster.

De app is makkelijk te gebruiken, zelfs als je weinig verstand hebt van SEO. Alles wordt duidelijk uitgelegd en je hoeft alleen maar de stappen te volgen. Lukt iets niet dan kan je het support team om hulp vragen, die staan je netjes te woord en lossen alles snel en makkelijk op!

Just started using them so can't say much, but I contacted customer service today and received a very professional and warm welcome. My problem was solved and I am very happy. Looks like they got a new costumer. Thaks
