Tapita SEO has been an absolute godsend! As someone who it not technical at all, I really struggled with wrapping my head around how to fix things and optimise my SEO, as my site was not ranking at all. The agent was very helpful and fixed all the critical errors for me immediately. The customer service is brilliant and very responsive. I couldn't recommend them enough, especially if you aren't technical like me - they will explain and guide you through whilst assisting you. Thank you Tapita I am very grateful.

I had an issue that I didn’t knew and while using the app I found out about. They assisted me very quickly and help me fixed my issue in a couple of minutes. Great customer service. Very quick and easy.

I have only just downloaded this app, to try and get some help in this SEO world that makes no sense to me. So far i am very impressed. I needed to use the chat function to get some help and the help was incredible. Managed to fit some critical issues on my website in a few mins. At this stage i am just on the free plan, but i am very much considering upgrading to get more out of this app.

I clicked a button by mistake requesting help to fix some of my critical errors in my SEO scan. Although I advised that this was clicked by mistake, they were keen to fix my error for me regardless and did so in a matter of minutes. Incredible customer service by Liam! I am new to the app but look forward to exploring its features in full and seeing all of their incredible functions in full!
