I have contacted with Tapita Support to get help and relevant support officer (Liam) who greatly help me, as well as guide me the procedure to fix the error at my site. Who is very helpful and definitely recommend to use this App (Tapita SEO) due to their wonderful and quick customer services.

This app has improved my SEO and website speed a lot. They have great customer support (shout out for Krystal and Liam). I believe that everyone should switch to the paid plan as it gives a ton of features.

The application is very clear and easy to understand. With lots of tips and an overview, you can use the app correctly step by step. And if you get stuck, the support team will help you quickly. It is very helpful. Compared to the other offers, this app scores points because the prices can be adapted to the needs of the respective company size. As a start-up, I can still achieve a lot with this small package. You are helpful.

To start, it's not intuitive to use. Competition have better/more features on the free plans.

Not intuitive to use: Thank you for the feedback and we're improving our Dashboard, so that I hope if anyone want to try our app, please install the free version, give us a try to see whether it is easy for you to use. We had to weigh carefully between using casual language for easiness and Implementing sufficient technical information in our features, so that both regular users and developers can use our app smoothly. And you can see we have a lot of feedback from our customers who are using our app for month saying about how our app is easy for them to set up. We even provide live chat 24/7 to support if any of our customers have any questions, any time. 3. Competition have better/more features on the free plans. For the pricing, we're not the cheapest app, but we're improving and there will be more free features in the future. We build our pricing on what benefit we provide to our customers, we focus on our app and services quality and the prices are calculated from there. And In fact, many of our paid customers who already used other SEO apps before settle down with us, that speaks the truth. Large increase in site speed, especially on the mobile end even with free plan. Customer service also helped fix my critical errors (at no cost). My site speed increased by 40% in 30 minutes with their help. Awesome.
