Wir hatten jahrelang Seobility in Verbindung mit JTL-Shop im Einsatz und waren ehrlich gesagt ziemlich enttäuscht – zu wenig Wirkung und zu wenig echte Unterstützung. Der Wechsel zu Shopify hat zwar schon Verbesserungen gebracht, aber der große Sprung kam erst mit Tapita (SEO Ranking & Web Performance). I want to say their text team was super amazing. And click on replying then going out of their way to help me fix my SEO and get it back up in the correct format and running smoothly. Which was an amazing. Help after I struggled and struggled and I had to leave and he finished it. With me not being there, which is amazing for someone to do. I give them five stars and I support and say use them for your SEO. And also if you need any help, they're right there and they will take care of any problem that you might come into hand to. Chloe was exceptional and very quite to respond to my inquiry. I appreciate the quick response and eagerness to assist me. Tapita is a really great product and already within one day of adding it to my store, I have made some serious progress and changes with how I handle my shop's SEO. Love this product and highly recommend as constant SEO management is essential to the success of any store, and Tapita makes it so much easier to manage!

Excellent app and support! I have the free version yet the support staff spent a few hours today assisting me with issues that didn't even pertain to their app. If you are new and lack experience with this stuff this is definitely the team you want behind you!!!

i have only installed the app today, but got great service so far installing everything, much better than many other apps I've tried before. Looking forward to have all the SEO's fixed.

After trying out soooo many SEO apps I landed on Tapita. Omg what a game changer! All the crap and time waste with the others' when Tapita was the IT app along. Liam was fantastic. He offered his assistance to bette the SEO on my store, I didn't even have to ask. He kept checking in and he was extremely polite and EXTREMELY helpful. This app is IT! Don't waste your time with the others'. Save yourself the headache and hassle. I am sure glad I did.

I have only had it installed for one day, but immediately started receiving support- on the free plan trial! Thank you for your help, it is nice to be able to talk to someone and see results before deciding to invest money in an app.

While Tapita officially operates Mon–Fri, when urgent issues happen on weekends we do escalate to our tech team off-hours. In your case, our chat agent was actively trying to reach the technician immediately, and the issue was resolved on Saturday.
