I am extremely disappointed with this app, as it is currently not working for my store. I have attempted to contact their support team multiple times over the past few days regarding these issues, but I have yet to receive any response. The lack of communication and technical support has been very frustrating.

Had some difficulties getting a duplicate tag sorted out, which my AI assistant assumed was this app - but their team reached out and helped me to get some tag issues sorted out. Awesome, used their service for years. Love it.

We installed Simprosys when it became apparent that Shopify's native API was no longer sufficient for our product catalog. Simprosys' developers walked me through implementation and moving over to their feed couldn't have been easier. I'm looking forward to taking advantage of Simprosys' many tools to manage my product feed more effectively.

In general this is a great app, and it's been invaluable in helping me clean up my product feed, remove variants and have more control over which products appear in which placements. Only reasons I'm not giving it 5 stars is because 1. it won't filter by collections, 2. it doesn't allow negative filtering (e.g. show all products where {variable} IS NOT xyz), and 3. it doesn't integrate with TikTok.
