I've been using Simprosys for a while now and I really like the platform. I also admire the costumer service; the support team is always very helpful, professional, fast, and kind. I truly recommend it!

The Simprosys app itself is a very useful tool. The customer service in addition to the app is also top notch. I was having trouble with products being marked as limited due to some internal settings, and the service team helped me immediately resolve this. Looking forward to continue using this app and colloborating with their service team whenever needed.

Simprosys is a must have if you're running Google Ads from your Shopify store. Works significantly better than Google & YouTube App that they try and push you to use, and they have the added bonus of an incredible technical and support team. We recently had an issue with a few products not showing up in our ad feed, the technical team then went into both our Shopify and Ad account, and sorted the entire issue without us having to lift a finger. Big shout out to Ashvin! 100% recommend!
