Their developers implemented a custom technical fix (JSON-LD Schema and URL parameters) very quickly. While I still believe that a proactive alert system within the app would be a major improvement for 2026 to prevent such turnover losses, I must highlight the high quality of their technical support. Simprosys was recommended to me after issues with our original feed were causing errors with the info we supplied. Seems like a great application, even though it is new to me. Many friend have recommended it. I have been in contact with the support a few times and they are always really fast and responsive. Highly recommended!
