So far, I am very satisfied with the app's features. Whenever I have questions, the support team is very helpful, and the great thing is that you don't just get automated responses, but answers from employees who can also show you exactly where to find which section or what to look out for using screenshots. It's nice that they are constantly developing the app further and gradually adding new features. I highly recommend this app. __ Bisher bin ich mit den Funktionen der App sehr zufrieden. Wenn ich Fragen habe, ist das Support-Team sehr hilfsbereit, und das Tolle daran ist, dass man nicht nur automatisierte Antworten erhält, sondern Antworten von Mitarbeitern, die einem auch anhand von Screenshots genau zeigen können, wo man welchen Abschnitt findet oder worauf man achten muss. Es ist schön, dass sie die App ständig weiterentwickeln und nach und nach neue Funktionen hinzufügen. Ich kann diese App wärmstens empfehlen.

The Simprosys Google Shopping Feed app is excellent – very intuitive and reliable for managing product feeds. What really stands out is the support team. They respond quickly, explain things clearly, and go above and beyond to solve any issues. Their guidance made the setup and troubleshooting process smooth, which saved me a lot of time.

Simriti was a great help with the Symprosys installation, and everything is running smoothly now. The app is a big improvement compared to the in-house Google feed app I was using before.

This app blows all the other Google Ads tracking apps out of water. Such a great value for the price they charge and Mehul is an absolute legend with the quality of support he provides. I can't recommend this app more.

The app is quite complex and requires a lot of attention to detail. We discovered it adds extra customer event tags, which slowed down our homepage and product pages by 15–20% (confirmed with Google PageSpeed). Since we don’t run Google Ads or Facebook Ads, the app brought no real benefits, only slower performance. Support is not available during the day and replies only by email. In the end, we decided to uninstall, as it was just wasting time and money. Make sure you truly need this app before installing.
