Very functional app with tons of control. Still very easy to use once you got the hold of it. Does its promise in an effective and sleek way. Very pleased and never had the urge to look for alternatives. Last but apparently not the least is the 5 star service. Our experience has never been short of satisfactory, these people were always there when we need it. All in all, we are very pleased with it

One of the easiest to use feed apps, wish google was this user friendly. Everyone at the company is super helpful and responsive. They make the process seamless, even for less tech savvy clientele.

The app itself is very simple to set up and learn, and works great. But the team also is extremely helpful, even going so far as to help us set up supplemental feeds for product variables. Definitely the best bang for your buck for Shopping Feeds.

Well designed app and easy to implement. Very helpful when migrating from another platform due to the ability to use the SKU as the Product Id and MPN to preserve history. Technical support is fast and accurate.

Sexyeone.com I was having trouble with Google via another app in Shopify. It had essentially shut down all my traffic. I found this app and installed it after a couple questions were answered. I already had google ads and merchant center set up. The app was easy to use and where I have run into questions Kaushik has provided great support. I am not sure he sleeps!! I started last night about 5:00 PM my time and with one last adjustment this morning Google is now again delivering traffic. Merchant center is set up with products and Google Ads is tracking. Kaushik has made what can be a very intimidating process so much easier and optimal. It will be well worth the money not to go down with google shopping with products staying active constantly. I am exploring the back-end of the app more to be able to utilize the options. Bulk editing is very helpful along with bypassing the google long review process in my previous app. Highly recommend Kaushik and team. There are also great tools like videos to enhance support

Simprosys offers not only an excellent app but fantastic customer support. They helped us resolve a number of feed issues from Shopify to Google Merchant, all the way to our Ads account. And even solved issues that were legacy problems from other apps. Getting all apps and services to work together can be time-consuming and frustrating, but these guys were amazing.

Super fast support! I was having an issue with my Google Feed not working right so I added this app. They were fast, friendly and quickly resolved all issues very fast. My feed is not working flawlessly and I am very happy with this app.

Had a bit of trouble getting our products initially submitted correctly as this app seems to interfere with the google shopping app, but the customer service is excellent-very helpful and prompt to answer. We ended up getting everything to work in the end! Continuing to use this to edit our feed.

I love this app! It's very simple to use and it works perfectly for managing my products on Google Shopping. I also like that they've now added Bing so now both platforms can be managed through just one app. Customer support has been fantastic; very fast, professional and highly responsive. I'm so happy to have found this app and would definitely recommend!

This is a fairly complex app. a lot of depth to what you can do. Because of that I have relied on the support department fairly heavily. I have to say this seems to be where they really excel, fast response, problem solvers that will stick with you till issues resolved. I had considered moving to the free app but the monthly fee is a reasonable cost for having an app. that works properly and a competent team supporting the product.
