I use this app to connect to my Google Merchant Center. I have used the app for 5 years and have contacted support many times. Simprosys support is always excellent. Sachin Vaghel helped me most recently.

Support is top-notch. They have assisted me more than once, answering my questions almost immediately with easy to follow instructions. Excellent app overall- does exactly what it’s supposed to do. Highly recommended.

Great App! Saved my company a bunch of time and reduced errors of items feeding to Google Actions. Very easy to use and make bulk updates. Their support team is quick to respond. I do wish they had a sync for google manufacturing. Also it would be great to be able to specify which image to use by SKU so that you can have promo text on the site but not in google.

Easy integration, great functionality and 5* support from their team. Responsive support over email solving issues same day which is rare with other apps in the store.

We really appreciate this product. This one, along with other Simprosys InfoMedia apps that we are using is all all-encompassing and intuitive. In addition, support is very attentive. ...UPDATE: Really satisfied with the app and support still, all of the above mentioned still holds true!

I used this app to automate google and facebook product feeds. it is amazing, so simple to sync and have hundred of products up to date. support is almost instant via email. thanks

This is the best Google Shopping Feed app in regard to thoroughness, bulk editing, and support. The team is excellent in quick response time and finding solutions where needed. The feed syncs and works.
