From the moment i installed the app i was given 1st class support to set my products up on Google Merchant. The response times where literally 30 secs from initial contact via email, Milan Veghela went above and beyond to help with all my questions, don't hesitate to get the app added to your Shopify account, i believe its a must if you want to start selling and advertising your website online. NEW Edit: 21/8/2020- I contacted them for more advise on a issue that really wasn't something they needed to help me with, but the support i got from the 1st email being sent was amazing throughout the whole day. Know one should think twice about adding this app to their shopify store just do it...support is jsut amazing and knowledge is out of this world

Just works perfectly. Once setup we don't have to think about it much, just does what it is supposed to. A zillion times better and more customisable than Shopify/Google native app. Love being able to use second image as hero, and SEO meta as default description. Top notch.

Amit has been one of the most helpful folks on Shopify marketplace - i had a hard time integrating with shopping actions and finally make it work after two months on my own - Amit saved me... Thanks !

Brilliant customer support. Very quick to respond to emails and helped resolve our issues as well as providing detailed explanation of what the issue was.

Great service and great support! I needed something unique and they helped very quickly. I strongly recommend switching to this app or using it for your first shopping app if you are new.

After trying almost every app for shopping feeds this app absolutely is the best, I didn't receive errors from Shopping channels like all other apps all products were published without errors to fix which takes hours of work I ran campaigns 24 hours after installed this app. The best thing about it is the customer service, prompt answers very helpful and always give accurate answers. My experience was very good and I do recommend this app over all apps out there.

App works great, but what makes them the best is their customer support. Its the best you could ever hope for! They are extremely helpful and find solutions to all our issues very quickly. They have helped us even with issues not related to GSF.

Superb support team. Highly recommend this company for your Shopify marketing on Google and elsewhere. They have helped fix many problems we had created by other apps and agency.

Excellent product feed app. I've been using it for Google for a few months and have started using the integrated Bing feed.

Very easy setup. The support team responded by email to a couple questions I had within about 5 minutes and everything was resolved quickly. Other reviewers attest to the great Support and I agree.

Customer Support did a great job of addressing my question and giving me the confirmation I needed as I am not a developer and wasn't understanding some of the responses!
