Although I have only just started using the service, the responses to my questions were prompt. As I start using the service in earnest, I feel I can rely on their support with confidence even if I have any questions or run into any problems.

The support was quick, clear, and effective. The agent understood our request (enabling the XML feed for the sub-MCA account), activated the feature promptly, and clearly communicated the next steps. They showed good availability and technical knowledge throughout the process.

I had an issue with my Product feed, I couldn't find the problem. I got into the live chat and got onto Maitry, problem was solved in 5 min. Thanks heaps guys.
