I'm just getting started and it's a lot to learn but this app is very user friendly and most of all the customer service is outstanding and very helpful. If you're new to this side of e-commerce I highly recommend trying Simprosys!

I think this app is fabulous especially for novices like me, who is not tech savvy. The team support that helped me was so patient and helpful in explaining and getting my issues sorted so quickly. Very grateful!

I am very pleased with this application, which I have been using for a long time. Customer support is very good, they respond immediately. My merchant center account has been suspended. They were very interested in it and it was great to help solve the problem. I hope my account will be opened and I will continue using the application. thank you.

Customer service is incredibly fast and solution oriented. I highly recommend it. The app works very well. I was always having problems with Content API and this App is definitely better than Shopify API.

Amazing customer support. Saad was super knowledgeable and helpful with my questions and concerns. Fast response time as well. Please note these guys work in IST time in India so if you're messaging in the AM i might be through email.

Worst customer service in Shopify app. Install only if you do not need customer service. They have a chat feature which does not work. They give total silent treatment, no response or chat message even does not work
