Extremely helpful and fast support (thanks Siddharthan!). The app can be a bit hard to use but it's because it provides so many options to cover all fronts, so it's worth it.

I’ve been using the Simprosys Google Shopping Feed app for a while now, and I couldn’t be happier with its performance. It seamlessly integrates with my store and allows me to easily manage and optimize my product feed for Google Shopping. The setup was straightforward, and the support team is responsive and incredibly helpful. Since using the app, my product visibility on Google has improved, and I’ve seen a noticeable increase in sales. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient Google Shopping feed solution! The only downside is that the app doesn’t support Chinese language, which would have been great for our market.

Great customer service! I just still find the product itself not super intuitive and would appreciate better training resources (from a ideal set up perspective) so I don't have to keep hassling customer service.

Superbe application , surtout pour ce genre de défis technique qui est d'installer des pixels et des outils de tracking google. Le gros plus c'est l'assistance, ca évite de devoir chercher pendant des jours parce que l'assistance google est mauvaise. On m'a accompagné du debut jusqu'à la fin pour installer les informations de suivis des evenements et les bout de code. Au top Je recommande

Product synchronization is timely and accurate. However, the inability to translate English products into other languages (e.g., French, Italian, etc.) may affect multi-country placement on a site

I just started using this app and they have been so great to work with! I am not very technically savvy but Saad was super helpful and made the process easy for me. I look forward to exploring more of their features. Highly recommend them!
