works well, but as a complete novie, I needed support to update certain things. The customer advisor was very helpful and patient and although I didnt complete the tasks I need to do I feel that I can comfortably revisit the chat and ick up where I lfet off

The support was quick, clear, and effective. The agent understood our request (enabling the XML feed for the sub-MCA account), activated the feature promptly, and clearly communicated the next steps. They showed good availability and technical knowledge throughout the process.
I had an issue with my Product feed, I couldn't find the problem. I got into the live chat and got onto Maitry, problem was solved in 5 min. Thanks heaps guys.
