Only been using the app for a few days and am very impressed at the extensive automation process and how it interfaces with various social media platforms. Support were very prompt and quick to identify a minor issue which was subsequently resolved; shout out to Dharmendra and Deepak who were very helpful. Highly recommend.

The application has a lot of features and can be complex. But they were very quick to help us move everything to their app with very straight forward guidance and even sending screenshots!

I had a great experience with the Simprosys google shopping feed app. I was interested in setting my store up for google automated discounts in a hope it would drive more sales. I had a little trouble implementing the last couple of stages of the setup and reached out to simprosys support who were able to respond and help me complete the setup in just a couple of days. Their support service is great and will go above and beyond to assist when you need it. Highly recommend this app because of its wonderful support.

Amazing customer service I was battling with GMC to work and they were able to look at my website and help me fix the errors. They sent screen shots and videos to aid. Highly recommend just for this reason.

The team at Simprosys is first class. They are prompt to answer questions via chat and email and will stay with you throughout the entire process of making changes to the app. Sohil and Ashvin helped me make changes to my Merchant Center account and thoroughly explained how and why changes were necessary. I have been using this for a while, and i should have contacted the support earlier. When i finally encountered problems (that i had caused), Saad from support fixed then, and instructed what was the problem. He also gave me a bit of consulting on how things work and gave second opinion about my add campaign. This is great app that has an great support. Use it!
