Hello, I do not recommend this app. Customer support very very slow, in addition they did not solve any problem. Just copy pasting. Catalog services not working good, there is full of bugs. Pixels not working well, Google and Meta.

Outstanding customer support. Diagnosed and fixed an issue with a "mismatched price" issue in Google Merchant Centre. Would definitely recommend this app and the customer support to any serious Shopify Admins.

The official Google app for Shopify kills your site's speed. Simprosys does everything the Google app does and so much more + it doesn't drag your site's loading time into the gutter. Last but not least, great customer service.

I had an issue with duplicate products in my Google Merchant Center caused by accidentally activating the Google & YouTube app. The support agent, Saad, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, guiding me through the cleanup process and ensuring my Simprosys feed was running smoothly. They confirmed that my ads wouldn’t be disrupted and addressed all my concerns with clarity and patience. The cleanup was completed quickly, and my feed was resynced without any issues. Highly recommend both the app and the excellent support team!
