Installed the App in order to assess its suitability for our international markets. We encountered a few issues (our fault) but support were amazing in their help and guidance. I remember the excellent support from Simprosys in the past and really glad that the standard is the same.

Application très performante, simple à utiliser et extrêmement utile pour gérer efficacement les flux vers Google Merchant Center. Le support est réactif, compétent et prend le temps de bien répondre, même sur des points techniques un peu plus complexes. J’aurais simplement apprécié des réponses parfois un peu plus claires sur certains détails, mais dans l’ensemble, l’équipe fait un excellent travail. Une application que je recommande sans hésiter pour toute boutique Shopify sérieuse.

Ruined my current GMC and google ad setup. Had a 1100% ROAS running my ads manually. Installed this and was told it wouldn't affect my current setup. With a few days my ROAS is now <500%. Products have been adjusted in my data source and was assured this wouldnt happen. Confusing app, useless support that was slightly rude and abrupt but maybe that was a language barrier so i wouldn't say that was too much of an issue. However, the drop in my ROAS is the main issue for steering clear.

5 Stars for Simprosys! The app is powerful, but what really sets it apart is the brilliant support team. I hit a wall trying to bulk-filter and correct GTIN entries across my feed — they stepped in and sorted it in no time. Super responsive, clear, and genuinely helpful. Couldn’t recommend them more!
