it is great so far. we contacted the support 2 times. unit_pricing_measure and unit_pricing_base_measure were missing. syncing the products will not read their values from shopify and we need to add them manually in app in bulk editor. it is not fun adding them for +700 products. especially when we can't filter the products based on collection. we needed to copy/paste a lot of titles to find what we want. or filter by category and chose 20 from 100 products to assign the value to. and thank you mr. Tiwari and sorry for wasting your time

App is great, support is great. Does everything you want it to. We have 4 subdomains for different fulfillment locations, and the app helps to split the stores in Merchant Centre. Their support is fast and friendly. I recommend

Simprosys customer service team is above and beyond. They're simply excellent and by FAR the best customer service team from any Shopify app that we have used for any of our stores. Highly appreciate their continuous support and we definitely recommend this app to anyone needing a centralized feed for products and ads.

We recently ran into a “Mismatched availability” issue in Google Merchant Center, and honestly, Nirav was fantastic. He quickly identified what was causing the problem and, together with his development team, stepped in to help us resolve it properly through schema markup (structured data). I genuinely can’t express how grateful we are for the speed, clarity, and technical support they provided. It made a stressful situation so much easier to handle, and everything is now running smoothly again.

This is a really good app if you are having Merchant Center issues and need to bulk edit products in the Merchant Center. The support is super fast and helpful. Abhishek Tiwari helped me out a lot when I had questions, and he solved my problems efficiently.
