Ajit from Simprosys was extremely helpful and patient with the issues i was facing with my products on GMC and walked me through step by step on how to get it sorted. Have yet to truly use the app and its functionalities, but the customer support is excellent !!

The support and knowledge from the Simprosys team specially from Siddharthan agent is the best. All issues I had were quickly resolved over live chat. Highly recommend this app.

The app is highly effective. I have utilised it in my other Shopify stores with great success. However, what sets Simprosys app apart is the exceptional level of support it provides. Considering the recent regulations imposed by Google Merchant, there is a 50-50 chance that your new website may face suspension. Nevertheless, with the invaluable support and guidance offered by Simprosys app, there is a significant likelihood that this issue can be resolved.

This app is the best app on Shopify for submitting a feed to Google, optimising the feed, and setting up all the tracking you would need for any ad platform you run ads from. The customer support is very friendly and helpful, particularly Saad who helped me fix my issue quickly.

there online chat system never works. they replied your email after 4 days. very unprofessional. i recommended to all never use it. Now i will try to find other app.
Thanks for bringing this point forward. If you look at the app store listing, we don't promise chat support. We provide Chat support only when our team is relatively free from pending tickets. Regarding response time, we have responded to you within a timely manner. But seems your inbox was not working. That might have been another reason your emails were not reaching to us too. Amazing app and amazing support! i got multiple websites running with it and alles works as supposed too. Also one of the most complete apps with feed management, tracking (and advanced tracking).
