Very streamlined process compared to tracking google ads manually and setting everything up. Unfortunately though, when trying to do things manually, I had screwed quite a lot of things up, but with the help of a very patient support team member, Saad, I was finally able to have all my issues fixed with everything working. I really appreciate Saad's work with fixing all my issues, he provided amazing support and made sure any questions or concerns of mine were answered.

Tenho algumas apps instaladas e nenhuma tão boa como esta! O suporte é fantástico, resolve todas as questões que surgem, mesmo quando há alguma atualização por parte da Google ou do Shopify. Recomendo a 300% e continuarei a utilizar a app Simprosys Google Shopping Feed.

This is by far the best app you will ever install on Shopify. No more running different apps for other platforms to sync products. Simprosys has it all. What makes this app is the support team behind it. I would give them an extra 5 stars on their own!

Best app and honestly the best support! They will help you and walk you through everything, trouble shoot your tracking, and really anything you need help with. Highly recommend this app!

The ongoing support is exceptional. The team are very helpful and responded quickly to my requests. In fact they went out of their way to make my day. The work would be a better place if all companies provided the level of service that Simprosys does. I definitely recommend this company and their apps to everyone.

The app is very good and they have everything you need and more. Support is very slow and inefficient. Emails with problems are answered in over 3 days, if ever. Problems remain unsolved (about 3 in my case). The main problem is terrible store speed downgrade and the lack of support. If you have a month to debug and go back and forth, it's worth it. Maybe I will come back but I didn't had this time at the moment.

Support doesn't answer emails promptly, and they are only not available during normal business hours if you live in the United States. So getting help when you need is difficult unless you wanna be up at 1 or 2 AM in the morning to match their Indian Standard Time. This is not acceptable for a business that serves an American public.

Fairly good app, however they are never online when they say they are. Also the conversion tags dont seem to work for me, i get add to cart and start checkout and not complete checkout.

The app has been giving us consecutive issues with price mismatch issues over almost a year, every time we contact the common things they says is: do not use Shopify geolocation app popup your micro data has issues and they every time fix it and still the issue exists. they want us to override all Shopify market conversion prices from automatic to manual. every single thing is done every time and the issue keeps on appearing the problem with them is there senior management is just not bothered and they put everything over to the juniors who just have basic know how or they are just not bothered at all. every single website we have is same issues, I would not recommend them at all although we are stuck with them and cannot switch as of now as its too much of a work for now. Typical problem with Indian companies the moment they become big everything goes to junior staff who is not bothered I wont say not capable they are just non serious.
