Durch Simprosys bekomme ich einen Einblick in die Customer Journey meiner Kunden, was unglaublich wertvoll ist. Zudem ist der Support spitze und hilft einem sehr kompetent beim Einrichten.

This app is the best app on Shopify for submitting a feed to Google, optimising the feed, and setting up all the tracking you would need for any ad platform you run ads from. The customer support is very friendly and helpful, particularly Saad who helped me fix my issue quickly.

there online chat system never works. they replied your email after 4 days. very unprofessional. i recommended to all never use it. Now i will try to find other app.
Thanks for bringing this point forward. If you look at the app store listing, we don't promise chat support. We provide Chat support only when our team is relatively free from pending tickets. Regarding response time, we have responded to you within a timely manner. But seems your inbox was not working. That might have been another reason your emails were not reaching to us too. Hope you can understand.

Amazing app and amazing support! i got multiple websites running with it and alles works as supposed too. Also one of the most complete apps with feed management, tracking (and advanced tracking).

Really happy with the support, i'm not sooo familiar with GMC, and how it works, and the support was very helpful by explaining, what and how to do, to make the app work.

Originally I used the Shopify Google Sales Channel app. For whatever reason there was some sort of software bug that would change a specific variant price unwarranted & then change back every few days or weeks. GMC support was not as helpful for my ongoing problem so I know i needed a new app. since using simprosys I've not experienced that same problem. I had a little trouble completely disconnecting from the Google Sales channel app, but Nilesh from simprosys support was very thorough in helping me get everything squared away.
