Love the App - been using for 2 years for GMC and Bing. Works a lot better than the native apps and support time is superb!

I just started using this app so I can’t fully comment on it yet. But so far, so good! One thing is for certain, the customer service is ASTOUNDING. Ruchi helped me in getting some things set up and went above and beyond in making sure I got everything set up correctly. I wish all apps had this level of quality and customer care. Something that is sorely missing in this day and age. Two thumbs up from me!

It is a perfect and helpful app for managing your feed for ads and free listing. I like that I can only modify product titles and other attributes in the feed for better search results and don't need to change details on the Shopify store product page. Also, support is very responsive. Recently, I had a problem related to tax calculation in Google ads, and they resolved it very quickly. It wasn't their fault; rather, it was associated with Shopify markets and how they calculate VAT. I highly recommend this app to anyone who wants to manage ads and free listings. There are many different settings available, as well as connections to Facebook, Pinterest, and Bing ads.

I had couple google feed issues and reached out to customer service—I'm so glad I did! They were incredibly friendly, patient, and took the time to troubleshoot everything step by step. No rush, no pressure, just genuine help. In the end, the problems was fully resolved. Great service!

The app is excellent for syncing our catalog with Merchant Center. The customer support is outstanding. We received real-time assistance via chat as we were within their working hours, which is very efficient. Abhishek was incredibly helpful, staying 30 mins past his shift to complete our integration. Nilesh also provided great support with setting up feeds for additional countries and adjusting our current feed. Our feed is now approved by Google. Contrary to any negative claims, their customer support is both reliable and efficient.

Excellent App. Using on 3 of my websites for not only managing the feed across GMC & FB, but also for conversion tracking. What really stands out, though, is the outstanding customer service and response time. Highly recommended

Ajit from Simprosys was extremely helpful and patient with the issues i was facing with my products on GMC and walked me through step by step on how to get it sorted. Have yet to truly use the app and its functionalities, but the customer support is excellent !!

The app is highly effective. I have utilised it in my other Shopify stores with great success. However, what sets Simprosys app apart is the exceptional level of support it provides. Considering the recent regulations imposed by Google Merchant, there is a 50-50 chance that your new website may face suspension. Nevertheless, with the invaluable support and guidance offered by Simprosys app, there is a significant likelihood that this issue can be resolved.
