Really happy to have found Simprosys! I'm just getting started with Merchant Center for Shopify and got stuck setting up and integrating a new multi-client account. I jumped on the chat and got connected to Hemant, who was knowledgeable and identified the issue really quickly. I received great step-by-step guidance through the process and got the new account set up in moments! Very nice support, Ashvin solved my issue. I wanted to resync my feed and remove the brand name I have on Shopify from my Facebook shop. Definitely recommend.

I have installed the app about a minute ago. This 5 star rating is not for the app itself but for the team who spent 2 hours with me on a video call yesterday and about 4 hours with me today to do the research, cleaning, fixing and setting up of the feed before installing the app just to make sure that my business does not suffer. My sincere thanks to Hemant and Saad for hand-holding me through the entire process. I wouldn't have been able to do this on my own. I hope that the app works fine and as expected. It will then be the complete justice. Thanks

Update: They reply once and ask you to rephrase your question, and never bother replying back. You need better support people! Nilesh Bhambhani is not replying back, can you get us someone that can help fix the errors? Ticket# 567698 Previous Feedback: Way too many errors with this app. You can actually drop way down on Google shopping if you're not careful using this app. Our ads dropped way below our competitors because of the errors. We contacted this company several times about the same errors, and it's a constant run around of nothing getting done. It's been several months now. We just wish they would help us fix the errors.
Dear Merchant, We apologize for the errors you are experiencing with our app. We know how important it is to have a high-performing product feed for Google Shopping. We are committed to helping you fix the errors and boost your Google Shopping results. We have checked your case and we found that most of the errors/warnings are due to selling pre-owned (used) products, which are not allowed for Buy on Google Listings. This causes your products to be disapproved for this destination, but they should still be active for Shopping Ads. To solve this issue, we suggest you exclude your products from Buy on Google from our app. Alternatively, you can disable the Buy on Google program from your Google Merchant Center, which will be discontinued by Google in September 2023 anyway. Another error/warning related to product condition can be fixed by correcting the structured data markup for your online store. This requires some technical skills, so you may need to hire a developer to do it for you. If you don't have a developer, we can offer you our tech support team to help you with that. We have explained these solutions to you via email, and we have also sent you detailed guides and tutorials on how to use our app to fix the errors. We have also invited you to a Google Meet Call where we can show you how to fix the issue together via screen sharing. Alternatively, we have asked you to grant us access to your accounts so we can fix it for you. However, we have not received any response or confirmation from you regarding these options. As a result, the errors remain in your Google Merchant Center account. We urge you to take action and use our app to resolve the errors as soon as possible. This is a fantastic app that integrates multiple functions relevant to Google Ads, Merchant Center (and Bing), Google Analytics, product feeds, shipping feeds, supplemental feeds, and feed optimization. I highly recommend it. Additionally, the support team is awesome and dedicated!

The best app out there for google shopping feed and the support is live 24/7, even with free plan. I would like to think Taral for assisting me. Really amazing. I have to say that they made a lot of improvements to the app compare to before. Thanks Guys

The app is by far the best due to its API connection. It's highly responsive, and the support team is excellent. I have not regretted this app.

Great app with lots of features just not available through the standard Google feed. Also had great support from Taral who has been a great help with my newbie questions. Fully recommend.

They have outstanding service. They provide help with google merchant service free of charge. Unlike other companies they want to charge you extra fee for a small advice. I have this same company for my other store and I love the app. Very easy to use and very easy to submit your items for advertising and very easy to unpublish items that are not popular sale which saves you time and money.
