No way to verify a shopify store in Google Merchant Center. Support can't help so we're unable to sell our products with canal Google

I kept getting an error or misrepresentation message, this isn't a good app for beginners, not user friendly and there's no live support.

I really don't understand this app. They banned my account for misrepresentation, even though I only dropshipped the item. I've addressed the issues they raised and sent numerous emails, but when you attempt to reach customer support, it's impossible. I've got the Google merchant, but I'm unsure of what to do next. This app isn't suitable for beginners because a simple mistake can result in account suspension, with no way to rectify it. Considering Google's reputation, I expected more user-friendly and customer-oriented services.

This app worked with one store but it is not working with another store. I'm trying to select Pakistan in the drop-down but for some unknown reasons, there is no option. It would be great if someone can get on a call with me and help me to solve this weird issue.

Suddenly its deleted my product catalog can't find out how or why and the support is none existent, they're happy to take my money but not helpful at all

This app should be a simple, seamless integration with Google Shopping Ads, Google Free Listings, and Buy on Google. It isn't. We have products with variants that have a unique UPC for each variant. All of our products with variants are active without errors in Google Shopping Ads and Google Free Listings. Buy on Google is dropping all of our products with variants with the reason being Duplicate Variant. Zero guidance on how to correct or what exactly they think is wrong with the feed being provided that Google created the code for. Are you wondering why there are so many 1 star reviews? Maybe it's because merchants assume Google would know how to create an app for Shopify stores that actually works properly with Google Shopping Ads, Google Free Listings, and Buy on Google.

Peccato che non posso mettere 0 stelle! Quest'applicazione è solo una perdita di tempo, da quando l'ho installata mi rifiuta sempre i prodotti per "RAPPRESENTAZIONE INGANNEVOLE", ho letto accuratamente tutti i passaggi e modificato/aggiunto tutte le possibili voci che potevano essere la causa, ma NIENTE puntualmente mi viene negato per RAPPRESENTAZIONE INGANNEVOLE! Provo a contattarli tramite chat o email e indovinate un pò? Mi rispondono dicendo che non sanno il problema preciso e che devo leggere la guida..- Non è possibile che una società come Google pretende la perfezione dei suoi clienti e poi sono i primi a non darti una giusta guida generalizzando tutto e dando sempre le stesse risposte! Questo non è modo di lavorare! Al contrario, il team di Shopify mi ha risposto subito cercando di analizzare altri punti che purtroppo non hanno portato a risultati ma comunque ho apprezzato l'impegno! Quindi io vi consiglio di non utilizzare quest'applicazione! Vi farà perdere solo tanto tempo!

The worst app. Its hard to navigate and it makes no sense. Im deleteing this app immediately its not even worth it

Indeed, I don't understand this app. They suspended my account for misrepresentation and the only thing I did was drophip the item. I have fixed the issues they said and sent several emails. When you try to contact customer service, it doesn't let you. I got the google merchant. I dont know what to do no more. And this app is not for beginners because if you end up putting something wrong, they suspend the account, and there is no way to fix it. I would think google would have better customer service and beginner friendly.

At least a couple of times I've gotten to act "by accident", but only for a short time, until again comes the text "google suspended the account due to misrepresentation" I have tried to ask where the fault is when I simply can't think of? They respond "We have found that your account has been flagged as a misrepresentation policy violation. This policy suspension means that we've reviewed your Google Merchant Center account to determine that it doesn't comply with our Shopping policies and your Google merchant. The account has been rejected" On top of that, suddenly the logo is not valid either, even though the same logo has already been in use for at least a month. I have tried to change it many times, but nothing is valid. I have given up. Really lousy app and dares to pay for asking for the app, which doesn't work. I don't know if an online store can be run at all without google, if not, I have to stop before I've gotten properly even started, really having to head on when I've wasted money and time on something like this, which should be prohibited by law.

This is an awful app. I sell thousands of products from big brands that have barcodes. Nearly every product just reports back with 'Missing GTIN' because there is an issue with the way the app sends the information to google. If you search for this issue it has been going on for years with hundreds of people writing about it in reviews, and youtube videos etc. Yet shopify support don't "get it" and have not fixed the issue. Completely pointless app if you're selling third party barcoded products as they wont list on google shopping.

We use Google because we have to but let's be honest it kind of sucks! You're constantly taking my products out of circulation I see a million stores with no personal information on them whatever I have on my front page and the footer on my contact information and they keep telling me that I need to add my full address and phone number I'm a small business so I don't have the full address because I don't want people knocking on my front door. That's always been an option and Google continually doesn't show my product and take them off their free shopping feed the app is horrific and the Google process is grueling! And Shopify gets no traffic whatsoever

My Account with them got suspended for "misrepresentation". All of the other sellers have been correct and it has been a lousy experience trying to get your business out there and having been flagged. So stupid. Will not recommend.

This app is trash, just like most of the apps on the Shopify platform. Lots of errors. Missing titles in my Google merchant. If I could give it minus 100 stars, I would. This is ridiculous that such a platform as Shopify makes so much trash... That's a perfect example of highly paid VPs that are total morons, getting paid tons of money and never getting fired. Doing minimum and destroying companies. Little people get laid off but never these schmucks...

That's a shame for an official Shopify App : - Only 1 country targeting feed - Does not even link UPC/EAN to Merchant center - So few settings (Cannot desactivater "out of stock" products by example in our feed

Bis ende Dezember hat es wunderbar funktioniert. Dann wurde mein Merchant Konto gesperrt, wegen Falsch Darstellung. Wenn man dann auf Diagnose der einzelnen Produkte geht Sperrung: "Drogen Alkohol Darstellung". Ich verkaufe Uhren! Es gibt etliche Shops die, die gleichen Produkte anbieten. Ich habe schon zich Logos hoch geladen, alle samt abgelehnt. Muss ich einen Grafik designer beauftragen? Ganz ehrlich so langsam nehm ich das Persönlich. Selbst ander Aps probiert. 15.000 Artikel abgelehnt? Wenn 20 % gesperrt werden ok, aber die ganzen 100 %. Ich habe alles Probiert einzelnen Artikel Probeweise geändert mit dem was in der Diagnose steht, kurz danach gesperrt. Hier hat man als kleiner Gewerbetreibene keine Chance.

Support is terrible. Conversion tracking is not working .... not data layer is installed on my store. It is supposed that this channel installs the boiler plate code for enhaced ecommerce tracking but none is registered I've tried to contact support (email only ) this is really boring

Does not load product information correctly. Must add barcode and brand to google even though I have entered the UPC for a licensed product.
Hi there, Thank you for taking the time leave a review - all GTIN and UPC data added to the barcode field will only sync when the Custom Product field has been set to "False". Meanwhile brand can be synced via the Vendor field found on the product page.
