my experience with this application was good, it is very easy to use and very useful for every store owner. I recommend it.

I want people to be able access things like our trading hours, location and our online shop with ease so they can view our various New Zealand handmade products. I also want them to search for products listed on our online store. I have noticed that if someone searches for a product on Google for example Woolen Jersey, for some reason my store does not come up this can be a little fustrating

Der Google Merchant Center Support ist das schlechteste, was ich je gesehen habe, ungeschulte Mitarbeiter, die immer wieder die gleichen Antworten schreiben. Es wurden mehrere Center gesperrt, keinerlei Hilfe von keiner der Mitarbeiter zu erwarten. Sie kommen ins Stottern, weil sie selber nicht mehr wissen, was sie sagen sollen, weil sie nur überfordert sind. Meine Existenz und meine Selbstständigkeit stehen auf dem Spiel, von monatlichen 60.000€ bis 70.000€ Umsatz auf 0€ zufallen und keine Reaktionen von Google und dem Merchant Center Support, selbst wenn der Anwalt schreibt, keine Reaktionen. Da gibt man monatlich fast 10.000€ bei Google ads aus und bekommt als Antwort warum oder wegen was die Center gesperrt sind, immer das gleiche, Sie können mir nicht helfen, sie hätten selber keine Möglichkeiten. Selbst in der Google Merchant Community List man nur von gesperrten Centern und das keiner eine Hilfe bekommt und keinerlei Optionen auf eine gute Zusammenarbeit. Ich hoffe, Shopify versucht mal bei Google Druck zu machen, dass es so nicht weiter geht!

Good support from the app. I can troubleshoot shop issue via the app. And can manage products effectively from Shopify & Google app together.

I would definitely recommend Google and YouTube. I have an online business that is critical for people to find my products from people searching via their web browsers. Initially I had issues with getting my art approved for the search results but the help centre recognised my concerns and walked me through identifying the problem. Very, very happy. It took me a while to get used to google analytics but now as I learned a bit more it has been easier to fix problems. Now my website is working working fine with google and the users are starting to flow much better.
