Easy to use, does exactly what it sets out to do and what I need it to do, we noticed a decent increase in sales traffic after a month of using this app.

Very bad app, the only thing that caused me was that my Google Shopping account were disapproved. Through this app you can't even install Google Ads tracking. I don't recommend it.

I need help. You have now taken over the right to add the Google code in the Shopify admin. Now I have some questions to ask for your help: For multi-market websites, I have added a separate root domain name in each market, such as .eu, .uk, etc., so how do I add GA4, Google ads codes to these websites with separate domain names? Thanks in advance

Funktioniert oft nicht richtig. Filter werden nicht korrekt anzeigt. Bulk Bearbeitung schwierig. Farben und Größen werden nicht übernommen.

Oh my god. What a struggle this app is. You might think that an app built by Google would be the perfect solution for including Google ads and google merchant account. The reality is: it’s the worst solution. Attribution for ads is the worst our store has ever seen. Merchant account sync is the only useful thing about this. There is no fixing any of the Google ads or Google analytics problems. Their support policy is basically “screw you”.

Very complicated to use. Too many merchant centers and apps (Google analytics, Google ADS, Google Merchant Center, and the list goes on). App has a lot of glitches and each person sends you to talk to someone else for assistance

This extension brings the easy and seamless experience that Google always offers. However, navigating between different Google Profiles and setting up the API given Google's plethora of tools and extensions is where it gets complicated and overwhelming. Also, you'll come across errors or reviews or time lags that make the integration confusing. The fact that Google will see all your data and that of your customers is scary.

I've been using the app since earlier this year when I created my store. I didn't run into many issues other than the occasional missing gtin or a product being disapproved. I sorted it all out, 100% of my products were approved and only several were not (only for dynamic retargeting). Fast forward several months later, I go to check on my products in the google merchant center and I see that my account has been suspended due to: Misrepresentation. I thought maybe this happened because I ran into a issue with Shopify that same day where it said I had to add a CAA record to my domain. But nope, I do not think so. The account suspension reason that google provided is vague. It lists many possibilities why my account could have been suspended but not THE reason. So, I honestly do not know why. I tried to message google to see if I could get an explanation but the only thing, I got in return was automated responses linking their misrepresentation policy. I decided to search for user experience regarding the issue and behold I found nothing but nightmare stories. Most users seemed to have never gotten their issue resolved and gave up. Thus, leaving their account suspended forever. The strange thing is that my account was perfectly fine for five months straight. I didn't change anything, only added, or removed products. Then out of nowhere I get this. It's kind of sad. I'm not sure if I will be able to use the google and YouTube app ever again. And for a reason I'm not even aware of. I'm a small business and it's a nightmare to have to deal with automation repeatedly and left in the dark about alleged issues. It seems like it might be impossible to fight issues such as this.

Great app better then plugins on other platforms, where it is usually not functional. This however is great.

Linking this app in Shopify is utterly impossible if your shopify admin email address does not match your google ads and google merchant center email addresses. Google offers no useful support at all so don't count on any help from them. I have sent numerous emails to their support center and they just push me around in circles with no resolution in sight, after weeks of trying. Stay away from this app if any of your email addresses (in shopify, google ads or google merchant center) is different from the others. Perhaps the app works but i will never know because there is no useful support at all. We spend thousands of Euro with Google every month, but get no support in return. Very disappointed.

I wanted to provide a bit of context as to why we have this requirement around matching emails and why it is done to protect our merchants. The reason we require the admin emails in Merchant Center, Ads, Analytics to match when linking to Shopify is to prevent fraud and any unauthorized account takeovers.
