Keep getting google merchant account suspended due to no products on the website, no instruction on how to solve it, and asking google support also doesn't work. It works well before the performance max upgrade. So confusing and wasting time.

Does much more harm than good. Doesn't work at all and results in your Google account getting suspended due to data quality issues, even though all of the correct data exists within your product details on Shopify.

After about a week of trying I couldn’t get variants to display in google shopping, even after reading and watching videos about that feature and being on the phone with googles support.

Impossible to get Shopify linked to YouTube. keep getting automated emails saying misrepresentation or policy violations. Nobody at GMC or YT team can provide a solution. Gave up in the end. Fail. Been a month now and support still can't figure it out!

I am experiencing some of the same issues that other people/companies are having. I keep getting GTN error on a lot of products. I also am experiencing missing inventory data issues. I don not know what that means or how to fix it. I am thinking about removing this app. My sales have dropped since this past May.

Integration does not work. I've had a Google Ads account for years now that's connected to our Google Merchant Center (also connection issues with this), but it doesn't seem to want to pull that information into Shopify. The only option I have is to create a new Google Ads account... why? I go into Google Account and everything on my end is linked, verified, and claimed. What is this app even for? Nothing works.

At the moment, the Google channel can be used to run Google ads, from directly within your Shopify admin. Any ads launched and ran from within your Google Ads account, will not sync to the Shopify admin. Can't group products with different sizes into single listings. So it's useless really. Definitely dont need dozens of listings, 1 listing for each size!!!

After connecting my YouTube brand channel all products are imported to YouTube. But you are unable to connect to my main Google Ads account. You can only use your Google Ads account if you have a personal YouTube account. Almost no professional YouTuber uses a personal YouTube account. A YouTube brand account does not have its own email address and thats why you can not access to Google ads.

Made a campaign through this app and got a suspension from google for "circumventing systems". It is impossible for me to get through to google and ask them what is wrong. Shopify support does not want to help either, as they say google are to blame, eventhough the only thing I have done is to name the campaign and set a daily budget in the app. Something must be wrong with this APP. Please someone reach out if you know how to get this solved.

I've had thousands of my Shopify products in my Google Merchant center successfully for more year or two with no problems. My website is Claimed (green checkmark) and email verified (green checkmark). All the sudden my products are removed, and Shopify says my Merchant Center has been suspended, even though when I log into my Google Merchant Center admin it says I'm a "trusted store" and that there are no issues listed (other than lack of products now). I've also not received any emails notifying me of any problems or any indications as to why my products are suddenly removed. So I disconnected Google from within Shopify and re-connected it and now Shopify says my website is claimed by someone else even though it's successfully claimed by me in the Google Admin (green checkmark). I've contacted Shopify and Google, and have heard from no one with any solution to this. Can someone please help? I just want to get my products back in Google Merchant Center. Thanks! I've been trying to spend the thousands/month on advertising but Google won't let me set it up through Shopify or the Merchant Center. It's a black hole of ineffectiveness. Always the same meaningless problems that keep me from advertising anything. Is there any support for this product?

I can't even connect the app to try it out. Great attempt, but something's broken. Our store says: "78 products didn’t publish to Google. View these products to see why." So I go to products and they say: "GTIN is required for this product". But our products DO have GTINs (UPCs) - they are LPs and CDs. All correctly entered in the barcode/GTIN box in our product page. A basic field that Google doesn't pick up from Shopify! Looking forward to it getting fixed....?
