the app has a lot of bugs with it. the GTIN information is filled in completely and 2 days later it shows the data blank even though it is fully populated. The items not approved either lack a reason or has inaccurate information.

This app does not approve several items and it doesn't tell you how to fix the issue. Also, items do not show up on Google Shopping.

Been trying all day to speak with support about how I've been having an issue with the Google Shopping App in our Shopify store. No matter how much I shorten the product description, the warning always appears stating that the description is too long. Nobody seems to know what to do and I keep getting sent back and forth to different support people as Shopify and Google support point the finger at each other and shrugging off the problem as "not theirs"

Google flagged all of my handmade by myself products as misrepresented, and then failed to provide me with a solution to fix them

Google Product Category Fields doens't work. No matter what kind of category you fill in... It doens't sync.. so dynamic remarkting doesnt work properly.. Syncing with merchant is very slow... buggy. Please work on category syncing...

It's practically useless, constantly removes products from feeds. really hard interface to work with. literally this app makes the job so much harder. You'd think as they advertise ease of use that Google would get this sorted asap...2 years deep same issues as when I started. customer service is terrible aswell...failed to respond to 20 emails about the same issue....use a third party app

I have had this app since August with no problems. Now I receive a message stating "Your account violated the circumventing system policy," and "We've detected suspicious payments in your account." I have not touched anything since setting up the account and received these messages. When I reach out to them, the explanations are extremely vague. I ended up deleting all merchandise, reentering my credit card information, making sure I do not have multiple ad accounts, and still cannot use Google Ads. The merchandise is not showing up in this app like it is supposed to. I really do not see how I benefit from the app and I see no purpose in having it. Not sure if this is a Shopify issue or a Google issue, in terms on how they connect. I just know I have no issues with using Facebook for virtually the same thing. I know I am not the biggest business, but Google needs to make things a little more user friendly.

Worst experience. Made 2 accounts was fine then got suspended on one for suspicous payment even though both accounts are on the same debit card? 1 day later my merch center got suspended for terms and conditions as well as my 2nd google ad account? Reach out to fix issue and google said I need to work on my merch account but the link from the merch center was causing my google ad account to be suspended. So i listened to Google and in the mean time unlinked my account and it was unsuspended!!!! 2 hours later it gets suspended for Circumventing???? I have done nothing but try and resolve this with google and never tried to be sneaky and make another account or anything. I have worked so hard and try so hard to email google for help and all i get back is an automated email saying your still suspending and it will remain that way till you fix whatever you need to even though it tells me nothing about what to possibly fix to get things working. Waisted so much time when I did nothing wrong I made 1 ad that ran for probably 12 hours. Waisted so much of my time.

working fine atm. We're having issues with merchant connection between shopify and google. There are too many barriers in place.

its worst channel ever unfriendly UX AND service very unprofessional looks like google got enough money to care about any of us I recommend avoid this Chanel

Be very care with your ad budget. There is a several day lag between what you see in Shopify and what is going on with your actual google ads account. By the time it catches up, that ad that shows not spending the daily budget has maxed out the budget for the last several days. This lead to spending a bunch of money while showing very poor results in the end.

My google account always log out after some time so all product become unavailable on the google channel. Great channel for us to sell but the app have some serious issues. I would like some help here if possible.

Be careful! Shopify is taking ownership of your ads account (admin rights). You should always be owner of your ad account to have the full control over it. So check out other apps. Once again shopify, give us back our admin rights.

In order to publish ads on a Google Ads account, Shopify requires admin rights to be able to take that action on your behalf. If you would prefer for Shopify to not have admin rights, you can choose to create your own Google Ads account outside of Shopify, and not connect or run ads via the Google Channel. This app is one huge money loser and waste of time. I'd give it zero stars if I could. Every two weeks your products start to expire until they are all expired because Shopify is unable to fix this app. It's obvious when it happens because your sales slow dramatically. It takes days for Shopify support to get back to you, another 2 days for the feed to upload completely again. Each time you contact them they give you some big excuse or explanation about how the app has been fixed. Two weeks later the same thing happens. I find this app just a larger reflection of Shopify now. Competitors are far better. All they care about is making money for themselves at the expense of its customers. I'm really, really fed up with this.

I used this app and my products were all the time not approved... I uninstalled the app and now I lost google console.

Not quite sure what I'm doing wrong, but regardless of the budget I get almost no traffic. I have been using Facebook ads (until recently with the error bans) for about three years and get much better return on investment which is easy considering I get nothing from this app.

Been working with this app for 6 weeks and can't get my products to be approved for Enhanced Listings. 100% listed as "ineligible for enhanced listing," "Severity - Disapproved" at the Merchants Center, yet I meet all the Google requirements. It would seem that I am banned from Enhanced Listings with this app. If so, this is useless.

Having created bespoke pictures of products to fit in with my website, my listings got rejected because of the images. Could not amend feed image details to provide an alternative picture that was OK .
