If you make a mistake to let the app "automatically" import your shipping settings, it will completely wipe out all shipping settings you may created manually. Also, the imported settings will not be applied to Shopping actions (the app does not know about shopping actions, because, like many other apps provided by Shopify it is about 18-24 month behind in functionality). As the result, you will be completely screwed! Bottom line: the app provides limited functionality and causing a lot of harm

It is true that if you select automatic shipping settings, we wipe what's in your Google Merchant Center account, and we can definitely make that more obvious, and I'll pass that up to our team. We don't support Shopping Actions because right now it's only available in two countries, but we do support Surfaces Across Google, for free listings on Google. This app is for those who trust Google with their 'Smart Shopping' campaigns, but not suitable for proper Google Shopping Campaigns (where you can manage bids and segment, switching products on and off etc.). Smart Shopping does not provide the best ROI for businesses so would recommend choosing a more versatile tool and managing your Ads more effectively.

The Google Shopping app is designed for a simple feed which runs smart shopping campaigns inside it, but if you want to run a regular campaign, you can still use the app to run the feed. I can't use My count Google merchant have a problem with the delivery and politics. What can i do?

Same errors, loads of them. After using the template. I have gone back into my product page to ensure better integration. Yet still, errors. Its taking too long to set up and a zillion other things to do... Wish I could get some help!

If I could give this app negative reviews, I would. Since the latest update, we have had nothing but sync problems, and have now lost THOUSANDS of dollars in sales over the past two weeks because the app doesn't connect or sync to google.

Used this app to connect shopify store to Google Merchant Centre. Cannot BELIEVE how easy this was!!

Its really good because it allows me to display my products clearly, and I am able to gain extra revenue from this.

Having a nightmare since 14th August the majority of our products have been disapproved in the merchant centre dashboard. We haven't installed any new apps or made any changes to our store so completely confused as to why this has happened! Tried raising a case/support ticket with both Shopify and Google support teams, both pass the buck back to each. Nobody wants to take ownership and sort this mess out, its the worse customer service ever! We have now cancelled all our campaign ads until we can get some resolution. Don't know what else to say.

I like everything about google shopping.. give detail and solve problems accordingly.... Very helpful especially for business starters and huge businesses.

Super easy to use. Everything is automated and straight forward. I'd recommend as somebody that comes from a 10 year background in E-commerce.

I initially had issues with the app syncing and I reached out to Shopify support and my products are now synced with google merchant center. Still working with google on getting feed with the correct info so google can approve products. BuyExcelTemplates.com
