Having a nightmare since 14th August the majority of our products have been disapproved in the merchant centre dashboard. We haven't installed any new apps or made any changes to our store so completely confused as to why this has happened! Tried raising a case/support ticket with both Shopify and Google support teams, both pass the buck back to each. Nobody wants to take ownership and sort this mess out, its the worse customer service ever! We have now cancelled all our campaign ads until we can get some resolution. Don't know what else to say.

I like everything about google shopping.. give detail and solve problems accordingly.... Very helpful especially for business starters and huge businesses.
Very easy to set up and begin! I am thrilled that I will be able to reach consumers locally as well with this app.
Super easy to use. Everything is automated and straight forward. I'd recommend as somebody that comes from a 10 year background in E-commerce.
I initially had issues with the app syncing and I reached out to Shopify support and my products are now synced with google merchant center. Still working with google on getting feed with the correct info so google can approve products. BuyExcelTemplates.com

I sued this app and is really easy to use and straight forward to start on Google Shopping. However I do have some errore on Google Merchant that check differences between the feed price and the website price even though there aren't. Google Merchant assistance says it depends on the code on the website that confuse Google Crawler. Can you help me out guys?
Extremely easy, very guided, and I really like how it was able to automatically detect and connect to our existing Google accounts.

Shopify support was extremely helpful getting Google Shopping going and helping me with issues that were not due to the Google Shopping app but other apps we are using for shipping.
After I saw all the great ratings of this app, I was very excited to use it. I'll start out by saying it's not all bad, but unfortunately, I did not have a good experience. The good: 1) set-up was very simple - my unpaid listing appeared on Google Shopping and after a few days was showing up for all relevant searches; 2) customer service is 5-star (Luke really did his best to help me out and was successful with helping me with the free shipping piece since it was originally displaying the highest priority shipping I charge rather than standard). The bad: 1) we currently have two products, and even though nowhere in Shopify does it say they are variants, Google was treating them as size variants of each other; 2) only the feature images showed up on the unpaid listing result - when you clicked on the listing however, very old images were showing that were out of date (Luke tried to do a reset on these two things to get our current product images to display, but sadly it didn't work); 3) more of a suggestion than a bad thing, but it would be really helpful if this app integrated with review systems like judge.me - currently this app does not support this because Shopify creates its own ID that it sends to Google rather than grabbing your gtin/SKU, meaning you can't get your product ratings to display on Google Shopping because the numbers won't match up. Although I've decided to try out another app in the hopes of a better result, I do want to emphasize the excellent customer service - thanks for trying guys; it's the app that let me down!

Super easy and efficient -- why pay more? I have used many other feed managers and it doesn't compare to this app
love it! works really well and easy to use. I didnt think it would be so easy. But it explained step by step.
This app has been helpful in creating Smart Shopping Ads for us. However, we have had an error message on Google Merchant Centre displaying "Pre-emptive item disapproval (availability)" every few months, for several years. The service team continuously re-directs the issue to Google but we strongly believe the issue is the mapping of the Availability field. If this gets mapped across correctly, then our feed will reflect our data in Shopify. Has anyone else experienced the same issue?

I am starting using it and it is easy to use and very friendly. Also, support from google is responsive and helpful. and can reach a lot of possible customers.

Very easy to install. So far so good, just waiting for my products to be verified and populated in Shopping!
