Forced to change over to this app from an older version and it is totally useless. Doesn't present the correct calculated postage values to Google. Has messed up settings in my Google Merchant Centre. No way to customize the feed at all. Would leave a quarter of a star if possible.

Doesn't work well and there's no way to add attributes like 'Color' which is REQUIRED in the entire Apparel/Accessories category. This means you will error out on all Jewelry, Handbags, Clothing, etc.

It just redirected and didn't load. There seems to be a huge bug in the current release. We'd like to be able to use it when it's fixed.

Do not use this app. IT shows up first because its a Shopify made app. The reviews are true. It is buggy and does not work properly. There are others out there that dont charge much that will be reliable. We lost a month worth of google shopping sales (did not realize was not working until pulling monthly report) due to this app not syncing and disabling our shopping campaigns by default. Save yourself the trouble and pay a few bucks for a working app. Even Shopify support admitted it has issues and recommended another app. You have been warned....

I can see every store is having the same issue, I have uninstalled the old app but the new one isn't working.. great move Google... Get this fixed ASAP and stop costing us sales!

NOT working as I uninstalled the previous version, then installed the supposed to be new version... as another reviewer mentioned " It now throws an error on installation, yet Shopify is requiring it's installation by the end of October. Why is this going so badly?" Not sure what's going on here and I hope they fix it soon. :-(

Do not install this app. I am paying more money, for less viability, and am unable to modify any of the options to optimize the products being sold, can't use radius targeting, can't edit AD schedule etc. The products don't sync to your feed and it DELETES your existing feeds, so you pretty much have to start from scratch with your google merchant account if you use this app. 0/5

Do not use this app. We enabled the smart campaign which added a bunch of pixels and tags to our site - there was no documentation or notice that this was happening. The tags inflated the conversions across all campaigns in the google account (other PPC campaigns and display). This created huge confusion, led to us increasing budgets, losing money, etc.

I installed this app and it worked fine for a bit but suddenly stopped syncing the product and dropped to just 9 product out of 1500. No explanation and mid December after what has been a hell of a year. Shopify have no clue about what happened.

This app works very poorly for unique used or vintage items. Many important Google Merchant fields are not available to be set from within Shopify or even by uploading a product .csv to Shopify. Alternative feed files uploaded to Google fail because the app will not upload "failed" objects to be amended by the alternative feed. It's very sad that Shopify can't get this working well when many independent app providers can.

I see tons of bad reviews but I've been using the app for a couple months now and don't see an issue. My products are showing in the shopping feed next to the big companies when googled. I will say, its daunting to try and find the correct GTIN to link the products correctly, but when you do, you'll find your items at the top of search results. I used this website to locate some hard to find barcodes.(www.upcitemdb.com)

Love the idea of adding another sales channel to my shopify webstore. However, as many here have stated, I could not get the app to sync properly to my website. It gives me an error message and the Google folks weren't a lot of help either. Told me it's a shopify issue. Can't get through to shopify on the phone. I have worked on this for several hours and I'm done! Deleting the app. Should have review the 1.4 stars first..... My bad!

It just gets worse, I have my Merchant Centre Dashboard showing 25 products (100 variants) as disapproved and yet the app is showing only 3 products disapproved and has been for days. No if I work off the app I have no idea that I'm not showing 22 products in my current campaign. Seriously guys, Google Shopping is hard enough to work with in the first place! Dear Shopify, Please find the people that wrote this app and SACK THEM NOW! After years of using the old app I had set up a small subset of products to send to the merchant centre (using collection "Google Shopping") So what does this thing do? It dumps all my products across and I have to go through and remove them. Using the app to modify and remove products is a nightmare, full of bugs and QA misses, testing must have been non-existent. When you hit the next page arrow it just brings the first page back. It really scares me that Shopify would let this through, hopefully it is not reflected across other aspects of the platform,

This does not function as a reliable ad service. I am paying more money, for less viability, and am unable to modify any of the options to optimize the products being sold. This needs to be corrected by Shopify as soon as possible. I am not able to access any of my old ads due to the update and have no means of correcting this with Google. How much did Google pay you to do this Shopify? I may have to move my store if this isn't corrected within the next few days. Not happy at all.

I deleted the old version and installed this because it said the old version was an unsupported version. I used to be able to select just one collection to advertise, but those controls are now gone and all products are being shown. Cannot change any settings in AdWords except the name of the new campaign that this app sets up. Once setup, cannot change locations, bids, schedule, etc. This seems like it was made for users with no previous Shopping campaign experience. Total disappointment.

This app is 100% unreliable, very different from the previous one, the shipping rate it synchs "automatically" with google merchant are totally random. DO NOT INSTALL IT IF YOU WANT TO WORK ON ADWORDS! It is not possible to go back to the previous one. The shipping it automatically set are wrong, there is no way to edit it manually the result is my customers see a 7,89€ shipping rate on Google shopping instead of the 4,89€. I am furious with Shopify for forcing me to update this app and I believe that after the very poor support I had in this 2 weeks they deserve to be considered a not reliable partner for a serious online business. After two year of stupid limitation I am finally changing platform!
