I like this app,it's very useful.it help me to open my business markets.hope it can be better and better in the future.
Some confusion on setting up the Google account. Was not 100% sure about contact, phone, email, site policies, etc. information settings. Connection from Google and Shopify was flawless and was generally was easy to use.
During 3 weeks shows on review and did not have customer support to understand what was going on. But over all it's great to have an automatic app to generate adds
good customer traffic for my shop for suitable costs. We plan more campaigns to be set-up in the future. Easy to use even for freshmen to the business.
Its great gives me the best world coverage over FB however very pricey Ad billing at the end. I must figure out how to maximize a lower cost and highest exposure as I am a new Brand in the market
Very good apps, we have got sales through this apps. Simple easy to use. Couple of steps needed to be followed and make sure all your product are visible bar-code to get it into market.

nice app but approval taking much time, approval should be easy in products. google shopping is very good if these errors are solved

Very buggy. Constantly have to uninstall and reinstall for it to work. Support button does not work, message can never be sent. Google Merchant Center is a disaster in any case, but this app doesn't help. There's got to be a better way...

At the current place where I am in the setup process, everything has been simple, quick, and easy to do. I expect this to continue.
I Like the App, now i try to learn how to use its. Looks nice very powerful performance. So good!!!!!
excellent service, took the time out to really help me with my needs and to clam me down about downloading the google shopping app via my shopify store!
Once you figure out how it works, it's not bad. The process can be long and tedious, mostly waiting for Google to approve you.
As a new business owner, the process of building the brand is ver time consuming, detailed & layer. It is also nice to have some processes that are straight forward. I would have like to have an opportunity for a in house Terms of Service template available.
The products added here dont get updated. Recently, all my products were marked as errors and hence my ads stopped. No idea how to fix it. Pls help.

i found this really very easy to use. It did not take very long to set up at all. to early to see f it help sales.
Over the last 2 weeks 446 of our produts have been disapproved for the reason 'Product price does not match the price on your product landing page' We have not changed any pricing, and it is the same campaign which was working perfectly for us two weeks prior. We have submitted the Google Site map again, contacted Google Ads support, Shopify support, but not been able to resolve the issue. It doesn't even indicate how to solve the issue. Few weeks back we were ranking high on Google Shopping Listing Ads for several keywords, and now even though we have put in sufficient budget, our presence is reduced and products disapproved for no apparent reason. Please help immediately.

Only cant see products in merchant center. I don't know why I can't see my products, but I think it will be fine soon.
Thank you for sharing this review! After first installing the app, Google will need to review and approve your products, which can take between 3-10 days. You may just be seeing a delay due to the initial set up completing.
