Can't get it to work. No details provided. Useless. Really? 100 characters are required?????????????

Love the app. simple yet powerful. Not sure why people are leaving negative reviews as well. Does take a few days to set up and get running. But once all of the products are approved it will do its thing. Had two sales within 72 hours and only spent $7. I can see where if you are not tech savvy you may get confused. However, its called using the resources provided by Google to figure it out. It links up directly with my Google Ads and GA dash boards. This is a must have if you want to be relevant in Google Shopping and Marketplace.

I am not sure why this app has so many negative reviews, honestly.. We have used other paid apps in the past and wasted hundreds of pounds on advertising (and the app subscription) and received no sales at all. This app is free and helps us get sales every single day. Thank you so much to the developer we are very grateful.

Update: - Suddenly Google is not performing, multiple products are missing fields despite them not being missing on our listings. Google say speak to Shopify but nothing is working. Very disappointing as you can see from below that the App was brilliant before :( This app works brilliantly for us at https://oldschoolfootball.co.uk It has helped make the complicated, simple. I couldn't be happier with the returns on spend and the whole process was so easy to set up thanks to the user friendliness of the app. Five stars!!

This was a frustrating product to get working. If I used Barcodes it will fail, so I removed them. Im sure you can fixit manualy. Shopify helped me a few times with Sync issues. using it for approximately 4 months. 90 day stats spend $320 in adds and 5K in sales. This is simple. For me I spend about $300 on facebook, with little return. I highly recommend it. Good luck

None of my Shopify products are listed in GOOGLE SHOPPING because of GTIN IS MISSING error. I have my EANrecorded and/or ready to be input manually into the app, but the app doesn't show us where to enter the EAN.

App is good way to get started but if you are a more advanced ppc user it is frustrating as you cannot optimize your campaign within Google Adwords. You have no way to see what terms are converting, optimize bids, ad negative keywords etc. Great for getting your feet wet but not good if you want any control over your campaign.

Had several products disapproved upon downloading the app. After wasting time researching solutions, tweaking product pages to apply the seemingly needed changes and waiting for pending products to be reviewed, nothing has changed. The support team's help so far has been dismal, feels like the rep did not care about helping at all. Overall: a lot of time lost, very disappointing.

I can't understand why this app has so many 1 star reviews although it is free. I am very happy with this app and have many sales via Google Shopping from this app (over 20k). Thanks Shopify.

I was put off by the 1* reviews but I'm finding this app smooth and easy to work with. It's taking a day or two for Google to crawl my images which is fine, I can see the progress. I tried another app first and wasted a whole evening because it created GTIN codes for my products which Google had problems with. This app gives you the option to say your items do not have a code. I've high hopes with this one and look forward to my first campaign.

Did not load any of my products never worked for me. It sat there doing nothing at all. Deleted this app.

WHile it is easy to use it does some bad things when creating the product feed. This includes using the shopify intern product id as the product ID in the feed when google wants that number ot be the product SKU. When google sees this it will disqualify those products. This product is dangerous.

DO NOT USE if: 1) You have a store located in California (this will send incorrect sales tax information to Google, which Shopify cannot fix) or 2) If you have any integration with Google Express or Shopping Actions (this will cause you to oversell out of stock items that cannot be backordered)

Data feeds expire in Google Merchant Center and the app didn't renew the feed at all. Not good. I saw a lot of complaints about this online. Why don't you fix it ?

I like the ability to track dollars I spend against sales. I used this app to attract more viewers to my website.

FINALLY WORKS! FINALLY 8 MONTHS AND A WEEK IT WORKS. Shopify and Google had more than 7 MONTHS Oct. 2018 to get this FIXED, the first time users Oct. 2018 said this was JUNK and UNPROFESSIONAL CRAP! And still nothing changed 315 one star ratings! You know what changed is Shopify's PRIDE OF OWNERSHIP OF PROBLEMS NOBODY cares anymore and to let a 315 one star rated app remain in the app store tells you everything you need to know about Shopify in 2019, quality standards on ZERO and as for the Google engineers that stood infront on Shopify users and LIED about this app and the great engineers, programmers, product managers at Google who let this happen and continue on KEEP CASHING THAT PAYCHECK ON JUNK, TOP OF YOUR LINKDIN : I am very proud of the Shopify App - 315 one star ratings out of 418 users i developed over 75% of users rated it a one star loser, please hire me. Hey if all your products were approved for over 2 years 6 months and now and pending forever you ain't making any AD MONEY $$$$$$$ on Google Shopping ADs.

I downloaded this after reading through MANY of the reviews and I'm really glad I did. I'm by no means a Google Shopping expert, but I've installed it today and already have all my products approved and eligible in my Merchant Center. I really think that it has a number of poor reviews are because people are expecting this app to do ALL the work in Google Shopping and that's not necessarily the case. It's extremely effective at being an API and bringing products into your merchant center to set up for approval. If you've ever tried it the old way when you had to upload a spreadsheet with the pertinent information, you will definitely appreciate this app. But that being said, you still have to be proactive about logging into your Google Merchant Center Account and identifying any errors it's kicking back. And you still have to have an understanding of the information it's going to ask of you in your Merchant Center Account and how to properly input the data. I read a lot of reviews that said their products have been in "pending" status for weeks on end, which I think is likely because they didn't go in and finish properly setting up each product. You have to add and input all the necessary information, and then it will feed that information directly into your Merchant Center account. Learn about Google Shopping first & THEN get this app.

My products on The HBCU Alum have been "Pending" for 3 weeks now. A tad disappointed, as I hoped this would have been resolved by now.

Since having to update the old app to this version, Two months ago, I have had nothing but trouble. My sales are down 50-60%. Having contacted both Shopify and Google support several times over the last Two months, my shopping campaign has gone from bad to worse! Over half of my products were pending, however, support have re-synced the products twice and now there are only a few still "pending". Despite that, my sales, clicks, conversions and everything else have dropped. I increased my add spend, but strangely this has had no effect on my conversions/ sales. The new "Smart" campaign is terrible, with less features that the old campaigns. You get no useful support with either Shopify or Google on how to execute it correctly. My Original Google shopping app and campaign was doing really well, this app have almost ruined my business. I am at a loss as to what to do. Maybe the only option is to drop this app and go to a Paid app, and start all over again!
