NO ITEMS ARE GETTING APPROVED - ITS BEEN OVER A MONTH. BUT APPARENTLY THEY CAN SPEND £23 FOR ME ON ADVERTS WITHOUT ANY APPROVED ITEMS? WHAT IS GOING ON!!! PLEASE BRING BACK A USEFUL GOOGLE APP. THIS DOESN'T HELP ADVERTISE & PEOPLE WILL START LEAVING SHOPIFY!!

If you use the Google Shopping app to sync products to your Google Merchant Center, sometimes the approval shows up in your Google Merchant Center before it get's updated in the app. If this happens, simply reach out to Shopify Support and our team can further assist! Incredibly clunky and time consuming. Pretty disappointed in Shopify for not putting any actual effort into this and making it a functional app.

I'm done. Don't fall for this app. Products still "pending" on shopify yet they are approved on Google. BLAH

If you see that your products are approved in your Google Merchant Center but still showing as pending within the Google Shopping app, that is a great time to contact Shopify Support as our technical team can apply a manual sync to resolve the issue. This application has been the most frustrating experience I've ever had. You're much better off with a manual feed. Products take 15+ days to approve, the interface is terrible, not very compatible with merchant center (products show pending in shopify but not in merchant center) and the best part is that neither google or shopify have any insight on how to resolve any errors that come up. After two months of trying, I deleted this app. Save yourself the time and don't use this.

I never got this to work properly. Data is pulled with wrong information causing Google do disapprove all of my products. Waste of time.

Incredibly basic. Learn to use the Googles Ads interface or hire someone. It's amazing that this is the best that Shopify can provide.

DONT DO IT! Does not work + TEMPORARILY CRASHED OUR SITE WHEN UNINSTALLING. You would think that a Shopify app would be vetted right? Really if you are going to put your name on something you should make sure it works,

Terrible. Old version worked fine, but I was forced to uninstall the old one to install the "new and improved" version. Now, it doesn't work at all and no way to revert back.

Google Shopping new version worse than the old version. PLEASE ACTIVATE AGAIN GOOGLE SHOPPING (OLD VERSION) AGAIN!!!!

Not a Plug and Play App...was expecting this to work out of the box. Come on Shopify, you can do better!

old Google Shopping app was much better. This app don't even let us submit our feed to the google merchant account.

Bring back the old app please!!!!!!! The old app worked a treat. However, this app is shocking and affecting my business dramatically only displays prices with VAT on my google feed, resulting in mismatch and me being unable to sell products on google shopping. Despite ringing google and shopify getting no where quick. Now looking for other apps to use. shame as the original worked fine for years. If anyone knows how to reinstall the original app version please let me know

Biggest gripe is that you can not exclude variants from the feed. Other than that I guess it is ok, but nothing special.
Stayed in sync made never finished syncing had to uninstall. Never moved for weeks after retrying. Maybe you will have better luck. Let me know if you figure it out @jdroyalty
Under Google Ads Account it keeps showing me just one Google Ads account id that I don't want to use. How do I link it to another Ads account?
Useless. Does not sync the barcode (GTIN) in product variations. Wasted a lot of time on this. Better to pay something that works.
2 stars, 1 for app to-date, 1 for the future in case it improves. Product Approval: More than 10 business days, I'm at about 17 business days with only "Pending" for 125 products. Campaign Mystery: In anticipation of pending product approval, I set up a simple campaign to begin in January. I did make a mistake, I inadvertantly clicked Start Campaign, but I'm glad I did as it raised more questions. Mystery Campaign: Somehow, with no products, a campaign I couldn't see began. Days later, with no noticeable change in traffic, I have a report claiming to have caused impressions, even 5 Add to Cart, but no corresponding sales activity and --no abandoned carts!-- Alert!! So I stopped the "campaign" but there is no way to truly stop it, it reflects as "paused" no matter what you do, including "cancel" So it asked for feedback, and I provided, but there was no submit button or dialogue box on the feedback form, the only thing you could do was click the X in the upper right hand corner, which typically means cancel & submits no information. It's all there was, so to be rid of it I clicked it, and it tried to sell me feedback forms.... To date this app is EXTREMELY questionable. I'll uninstall it soon if there are no product approvals, and the campaign report I had did not reflect reality. To report that I had visitors adding to cart because of the app, but no sales or abandoned carts is unsettling.
