I will use this app to help me monitor sales of my online store. Its a bit hard to rate considering I have not started using it yet.

Initially there was an indication all of my products were not approved. I had to go around in circles trying to find the reason why. Finally I had to disconnect my account and try again. Waiting to see if it will work this time. Clear reasons and how to fix concerns should be better laid out. For me at least.

It a little bit of a learning curve, but it has the features that I needed. For a basic user might be a little overwhelming.

I used this app to get started on the GOOGLE channel but always had difficulties being accepted. I then went into BUY GOOGLE and Free Listings GOOGLE through my GOOGLE Merchant account and finished setting everything up there. After being approved, I went back to my Shopify account and then was able to complete the integration using the Shopify app. I really don't know what caused the difficulties, but just wanted to relate my experience. very good app for connecting to google services very easy to use. it would be better if the area where you edit google meta fields had the option to filter by tags or collections. also is it possible to edit google fields for variant products? at the moment i use supplemental sheets directly in google merchant to add this info

They need to change the requirement of having to forms of contact. I operate my online business out of my home and do not want my home address or phone number available online. An email address should be sufficient, especially if the business also has social media handles.

So far we haven't seen much traction with it. It wasn't intuitive to tell us to have it connect to our site so we uploaded everything manually on Google Business initially.

Just started using it so won't know until it's tested properly - doesn't auto sync shipping settings

Setting up my account was quite easy, but the hard part was to send our products through google channel. I was not successful at that point of time.

it‘s ok, just i need more customers, can you do it better? For example, can you have more opportunity for us to run more advertising? Can Google channel bring more customers who is really looking for kinds of our product? Thanks!

you should be able to setup specific regions to market specific products instead of just only being able to market throughout the entire USA.

it was bit confusing, one page says I am aprroved but than another says my products didnt approve.

The google shopping app works well enough for starters and people just testing the waters. It's a low-effort app to push a micro to small catalog without much modification. It's probably good enough for anyone with under 100 products who own their catalog and have good, clean data in it. Otherwise, I recommend going with a paid solution that offers more customization/optimization capabilities.
