I have had many problems with conversion tracking, in Google sometimes the status of my conversions is "Active" however, then alerts start like: "Requires attention - Enhanced conversions requires your attention" and "Inactive tag", so far I have not obtained a solution or satisfactory answer on how to solve it, I check my configuration and everything is configured correctly, I do not know what to do anymore, I have had a negative impact on my campaigns and sales conversions

i need support. I can et any help for almost 1 year now. almost ready to quit and not pay google ads as my #1 advertiser due to your system and lack of support.
Hi - unfortunately your Merchant Center account has some issues that need to be cleared up. The Google & YouTube App doesn't have any influence in that account issue, nor do we even have access to that part of your account since it isn't part of the app or sync process. I'd recommend reaching out to Merchant Center Support to try and determine why you were flagged and how to resolve it. The team that responds to and reviews your account issues is not the team that builds and maintains this app.
The Google Merchant app is fantastic for exposing our complete catalog to audience searches. Initially, it felt a little challenging to set up, but once it was done, the process became very smooth. The integration with the app is simple and straightforward. This also helps us place ads on Google as well. We are really happy with the app. Thank you, Google!
