I can't find your store that's using our app under this name, so I'm not able to look up any support tickets you may have submitted, or if your current app is already connected and working, or if not, what the issue might be. It seems like you're upset about a help video somewhere, instead of a help center you'd prefer to read through? If you could submit a support ticket through the app I think we'd be able to help wherever you're stuck. Hi - it looks like after writing this review, you uninstalled and reinstalled and now have connected properly.
