Gooten: Print on Demand

Gooten went ahead and filled an order without my permission on a canceled order on Etsy. Due to a $19.99 shipping fee for a paper product. Beware of this company, it is unacceptable for them to process an order on their own. I did not choose to fill the order. So I refunded my Etsy Customer and the next day they sent the order into production.

They used to be really amazing but their quality has tanked. Almost every single order placed has been wrong. When I ask them to send a replacement, they refund me instead which doesn't solve anything. I then replace the order for my customer and they, again, send me the wrong order. When I reach out to support, they just send me articles or again - refund me. Zero quality control, customer service is a complete joke. I've kept my sentences to support very simple "Please replace item" and they ignore it and literally respond with "as requested, you have been refunded." Unless you want pissed off customers, stay far away.

I have moved some products over from printful to Gooten. For the 8 weeks i have been using Gooten 20% of my t-shirt orders are either printed incorrectly or the wrong print entirely. the lack of customer service is very frustrating. i have had to refund orders and the only recourse from Goooten is to reprint the order, not cancel and refund me. i am going back to printful for t-shirts, still a CS mess but less mistakes and better CS.

bad support service no email back when i have question..long production time

I used Gooten for POD for about 6 months... All of a sudden multiple orders were not being pushed properly to Gooten. I contacted customer support several times to try to fix the issue. Following their instructions now my entire store will not connect with Gooten. I have emailed, and emailed, and emailed asking for help but their support team is slow to respond and doesn't have any explanations nor solutions. Avoid at all cost...or it might cost you business.

I have been using Gooten for over a year now. For mostly Woven Blankets and desk mats. I have consistently received 5 star reviews on Etsy until the past month. My customers were not getting their products on time. Products were just sitting in production. No messages from Gooten. Then their website started returning 404 errors. They didn't update the facebook group to tell us anything. I had about 5 deskmats come through in one day only for them to charge me for them, the deskmats sit for days and then randomly send me an email saying they are SOLD OUT! I was sending emails daily. Their turn around time for responding to emails is 4 days! 36 business hours! Business hours are 9-5. In the midst of this, my woven blankets started just sitting again in production for long times. My blankets range from $93-$149. They kept telling me that despite what the website says is shipping time, the production is within SLA. Then a full 8 days later they finally sent an email saying their were issues with the production partner. Technical issues. But things are still on track to send out blankets.. Blankets went from shipping in a week to 2.5-3 weeks. I had one order come in I didn't see that was charged so I left it to see if I'd continue with Gooten. It took almost 3 weeks to receive the blanket. The lady sent me a message 2 days ago showing the blanket. It was the worst blanket I've ever seen! Colors were wrong, the images were skewed. It was horrible. I've disconnected all 3 of my stores and deactivated all of my listings. I am done with Gooten! I am moving all of my listings to Shopify. I have purchased a blanket from Shopify and it looks identical to Gooten. Save yourself time and heartache and skip Gooten.

I inadvertently found Gooten while looking for one particular POD product and so far have been very impressed with their catalog and their support. I had a question early on which they responded to right away with very helpful information.

The amount of products are good and it connects well with shopify. I'd like to see a few more mockups available. Overall user friendly, a good option to use in your POD business and nice layout.

I’m a new customer, but so far I have nothing but good things to say. My customers have been very impressed with the quality and craftsmanship of the throw pillows and accent mugs. I can wait to create more products. The software is easy to learn, and the wide selection of merchandise really sets Gooten apart from the competitors. Tech support is also top notch.

Gooten has a higner quality product than many other drop shippers. I appreciate the ease or ordering and payments.

Gooten is a great go-to for cute merchandise! I have ordered a few items and I the quality is great and everything came as expected.

When push came to shove, Gooten exceeded my expectations. They were able to handle my 800+ orders during this past holiday rush season with ease. I did not have any delays with product turnaround and the majority of my customers loved their ordered item. Also, their customer service reps are very helpful and they were able to solve any issues that came up. I do think their user interface is a bit dated so I hope they can update it soon.
