Gooten: Print on Demand

I’ve yet to come across a store that has as much of a selection of items as Gooten. Plus, they frequently update the catalogue which allows me to stay up to date with the latest trends.

Gooten is a great go-to for cute merchandise! I have ordered a few items and I the quality is great and everything came as expected.

When push came to shove, Gooten exceeded my expectations. They were able to handle my 800+ orders during this past holiday rush season with ease. I did not have any delays with product turnaround and the majority of my customers loved their ordered item. Also, their customer service reps are very helpful and they were able to solve any issues that came up. I do think their user interface is a bit dated so I hope they can update it soon.

Absolutely love Gooten as a POD provider. They have great printing and a much larger print area than their competitors. Only downsides: 1) Shipping for multiple items is prohibitively expensive; 2) It's really difficult to get colors added for some items. We can't print our fleece with them because of the lack of options there. I would love to be able to use them for everything. Thanks!

This app is super useful to use! Really easy integration with shopify and fulfilling orders. :) I didnt really have to do anything and its so easy to add products. Definitely love them and cant wait to keep using this company!

Great customer service! Products take much longer than other services I've used though :( But the quality is good and i'm happy with both their DTG and DTF garments!

Setting up my Gooten account and connecting it to my Shopify store was super easy. The design guides and uploading custom design features were easy to understand. I love the range of print-on-demand products they offer and I can't wait to keep expanding my shop offerings.

I appreciate the variety in products and the quality of the products. What would be better is if the website and design software was more phone friendly as I do most of the work on my phone. I was also disappointed in the time it took for my designs to be approved and then the length of time they were in production. I assume it’s longer because of the holiday season and I’ll be interested to see what the turnaround time is like in the off season.

I placed the exact same order with Gooten and another top POD service. The embroidered hat is taking a bit longer to get to me then the other company but so far everything has been very comparable. The one major difference was the cell phone case. With the other company I got a cheap, flimsy plastic case. With Gooten I received a case that will actually protect my phone! Overall my experience has been great and I can't think of a reason why someone would not want to use this service. A++

Great range of products to add to my store. The app is easy to use and the user interface is not complicated like other print-on-demand apps. The shipping calculator is a plus. In the future, I hope they add more products in the apparel category like bomber jackets. So far I have no problems with the app.

Of all the POD companies I have worked with and received samples from, Gooten is the most difficult to work with. The specs required are difficult to work with (making repeating patterns wasn't possible), making uploading images for a sample very trying. Then, once I finally got the files approved for printing, there was an issue with billing - which I was not notified about whatsoever. Consequently, I had an order sitting in "billing" for well over a week. Rather than a quick resolution, even that issue (a simple address update) had to wait in their system for another 12 hours before approval. At last the order shipped and the colors of the blanket were muted, the blanket thin, and it was shipped in a polymailer that arrived ripped. Perhaps other products might be better in quality, but after the initial order and the difficulties in getting it made, I am less motivated to try other products from Gooten.
