I just started adding Gooten products to my Shopify store a few weeks ago. The process is fairly simple. The mock-ups looks great. I have already gotten sales. It’s great that I can add custom items to my shop without the huge cost of inventory, equipment & large minimums. So far, the quality of products have been great!

We are new to this whole thing, and it's been great to go to Gooten's website and find all the products we need, plus guides on how to setup a store and how to be successful. They have been a wonderful company to work with so far! Thank you!

Easy to set up and lots of excellent products to choose from! I was able to link to my Shopify account quickly. The quality looks great as well.

Gooten is great! I love the shipping / production times and the products are much better quality than expected. Only thing I wish was better was the mock up image generation. Some of them did not look as great as I would expect.

Gooten customer service is wonderful. They are very quick to reply to emails and sends through detailed images along with their answers. The platform itself is very easy to use and exactly what I was looking for. I am very excited to recieve my first tea towel sample to begin selling these all the time on demand!

Haven't had any problems, but I do wish we can contact them through phone when immediate concerns needs assistance.

This app was used to integrate print products into my store. Fulfillment is good and the software is good too. There are numerous great options on Shopify however for my new store I am going to go with Gooten and as their quality was ideal

I’ve been using this app for more than a year I spent a lot of time setting up all the products and images on my website. I’ve had an ongoing problem with them claiming they’ve sent orders out and when you check the tracking number they’ve never been shipped when you ask UPS they’ve never seen the packages! This is not a one time occurrence but has happened several times now it’s unacceptable . Rather than acknowledged the problem and fix it they continue to make up stories that the packages are lost in transit . They have hurt my reputation with several of my longtime good customers. They will continue to claim they mailed the packages anyway. And when you’re trying to get the reprint sent out it takes three days or more for them to respond often times through email because there’s no phone support Are used to have a manager I could reach out to you now they’re telling me I have to spend $25,000 in Prints every quarter to have access to a manager! In the tbeginning I was satisfied with this service but now it’s turned into a giant headache for me and my customers

I was looking to sell some of their phone cases. I was surprised at the high cost of their Phone case wallet but ordered a sample. VERY CHEAP AND POORLY MADE. Since I paid less for another one at RETAIL cost I expected this one to be very nice since it was more at WHOLESALE cost but it was awful. There customer service is very slow too!

App was easy to integrate into my shop. Many products to choose from and simple process for customizing and adding them to our shop. Print quality so far is excellent and order fulfillment was fast.

I chose to connect the Gooten app to my Shopify store because they had products that were key to my plan but that I couldn't find elsewhere. The app for creating products and sharing them to your Shopify (or elsewhere) is fairly straightforward and I can see that it has more options I haven't even looked into yet. Installation and set up were seamless and intuitive. I do like that you can bulk upload a lot of art work at once. It would be super fabulous if you could apply that artwork to a product as a bunch of variations all at once. As it is, you have to go through a many-click process one by one, as far as I can tell. I know Gooten has been around a long time, and I feel like they have capabilities I can grow into, which is nice.

We used this app to help us with some print-on-demand art. Whenever we've used it, it's been quick, helpful, and customer service friendly. We had an issue with a customer's order, and I reached out to get assistance. Within 24 hours, I got a response and my issue fixed.

Great POD partner, way more helpful and hands on than others in the space. I have it integrated into two separate stores. Amazing variety of products above and beyond other providers. Overall the Shopify integration works perfectly, as well.

Gooten is a great app with a strong integration with Shopify. It's simple to set up and configure and their fulfillment prices are reasonable. Shipping costs occasionally make it prohibitive to use them, especially for small card-based products, but for larger packages their bulk discounts are good.
