A very useful app that can save you a lot of time if you need to fulfill a lot of orders regularly. Worth checking out.

The app integration is streamlined, easy to install and customer service is good. They were also giving updates about the pandemic which I really appreciated especially at this time.

I used this app 1 month ago in order to create my own pillow for my Brand. Price is expensive vs other similar shop but the product has a good quality. My advice is to improve the photo to upload in our e-commerce.

I've used the app so far for the accessory pouches, scarves, weekender totes & wrapped canvases. I think all the products mentioned above except for the scarf has pretty good base & printing quality. My designs & artwork colors are well represented on the products. I would like to grow my scarf business significantly but don't feel the base fabric they use scarves is fashionable, or comfortable for wearing, it is very transparent so designs created print out with a more "transparent look". Would love if they keep the sizes of scarves offered but offer more "opaque" based fabrics like cotton, satin, crepe etc. so design artwork can really pop like it does on most scarves from other manufacturers.GREAT customer service-they usually get back to you within 24 hours, REALLY appreciate that. Last Christmas one of my customers orders was lost in mail and they immediately sent out a replacement- I highly applaud that!! Come visit us at WWW,SAYCREDBLU.COM

So far I have used this app for pillow cases, zipper pouches, and wrapped canvases. I wasn't crazy about the canvas but I LOVE the zipper pouches and pillow cases. It has been simple so far. I think the art upload/edit area could be improved but so far I have enjoyed it and plan to add more of their products.

Their mug printing and the size of prints they can do on garments is really nice. The biggest problem is their customer service. It takes forever to get a response and if you don’t respond within 12hrs of their response your ticket gets closed. This wouldn’t be a big deal if it happened once or twice but it happens every time. There was one particular issue that really made me rethink their platform, was when I had a T-shirt up for sale. I had a customer buy it but noticed nothing happened on the order for a few days. I emailed 3 times before getting a response. After finally getting a response almost a week and half later, they took an additional week just to tell me the item was discontinued and i would have to make a new item to replace the discontinued item. When asked why no one told me that products where being discontinued I got a “we don’t know” reply. Anyways If you just want to make mugs then use them. If not be willing to deal with a lot of issues

Gooten's system is really good. Support is fast and responsive. They have a ton of options so you can find anything you need.

I love this app! The Gooten app has made my business run so smoothly. Rather than having to pack and ship every item that sells in my Shopify storefront, whenever a customer orders, the product fulfillment automatically pushes through to Gooten where it is produced, packed, and shipped. Plus, Gooten's customer service team is seriously the best. So helpful and prompt with communication.

For the most part, I've been very satisfied with their service. I've been using Gooten for about a year now and it's been great! The support usually responds within a day which is pretty amazing compared to other providers I've used. The only small issue is that processing sometimes takes up to 5 business days but other than it's been a smooth process on every order. Note: I've only ordered canvas posters from them.

This app has given me the ability to make some truly quality products. I mainly use them for Tumblers and i love the way they come out. I do have one gripe about them though. The tumblers are a spin lid, not a slide lid. I would much rather they change that but the quality of my products have been exceeding my expectations.

Four stars for the Gooten app and the ease of use within the website, pricing for products, etc. My samples came and while I'm going to change providers for a few of the products, this has less to do with Gooten and more to do with how detail-oriented the print providers are (the quality isn't what I'd send to my customers - minor issues like an untrimmed thread/mismatched thread color, card fold line consistently not lining up with site-specified photo requirements). I'm pleased with Gooten's app overall - if not for these issues with print providers I'd be leaving a 5 star review.

Gooten is one of the best and easiest way to dropship! They have tons of products you can customize easily! Also customer support is phenomenal with them, they really try to find an answer for you quickly!

I have used Gooten for the last few years both for my personal business and when I was previously managing another larger business. From the beginning, I have been impressed with their level of customer service and willingness to help with any situation that arises. Every communication experience I've had with a Gooten Support representative has been excellent. They offer an amazing variety of products and my customers love them. I've loved watching them grow with their ever-growing product selection and with the recent addition of new mock-up photos for several of the products. I highly recommend Gooten for dropship print on demand needs!

We have been using Gooten for over a year now and are very happy with them. They are a bit expensive but offer an incredible variety of products and great customer service. Their app however could use some major improvements to integrate better with Shopify.

Gooten has helpful support. I had something go missing in transit and they were very helpful. They have a variety of items for POD too, depending on what you sell, this can be a huge benefit.
