BY FAR, our favorite app on Shopify!! The quality of this app is incredible, the customer service via chat is lightening fast, friendly, and helpful (and HUMAN). Gratisfaction has made a huge difference for our small, family business. But don't shy away if you're a big company. This app is absolutely rebost enough for all business shapes and sizes. Best purchase we've made in the app store. Customers love the offerings and our staff loves the functionality and ease of use. Way to go, Gratisfaction!

Think before installing this app. I uninstalled this app 4 days ago, but the apps code snippets are still present in my theme's liquid file. I’ve emailed the developer multiple times requesting them to remove the leftover code, but I haven’t received any response yet. I'm truly disappointed with their service. This app creates a lot of issues and barriers. I would not recommend it.

Not recommended at all. Their pricing strategy is unreasonable, and they repeatedly block users while pushing for upgrades. Once you reach a certain user count, the app becomes unusable unless you overpay. You end up being charged without receiving the service.

Re pricing- App developers have varying pricing model- And as long as it is transparently published, which we have, customers can make an informed decision. Additionally, customers like the fact that we don't paywall features. All of our plans including the free plan, come with all the features included (except footer credit removal , which is an add-on option in all the plans) - So from day one every customer receives all the features. Secondly, as mentioned earlier, some app developers charge based on number of orders per month, others as a combination of paywall add-on features + number of orders per month. We do it based on the number of users. And we have shown our pricing transparently and there is zero hidden cost. We wish you well. Regards The Apps Mav team

After trying a few different similar apps, I found Gratisfaction. It is the easiest to use AND has more features than the others I was working with. I highly recommend this app, the customer service is also fast and efficient.

We have been using this app for a few years now. Tonight I recieved some excellent customer service. Initially it was chat but wee stepped into a zoom meeting and agent spent some time with me helping me not only tweak my settings but also showing me some new features. Thank you very much for you support . i highly recomened this app

What an amazing app. So this app gives you all the features of the Social Boost giveaway app, which is already one of the best giveaway apps, but also gives you a full Loyalty Rewards host suite. Yes, that is correct. I was amazed at the features of the program. This app saved me lots of $$$ per month as I ended my monthly subscription with another Loyalty app. Praveen is great at onboarding and is always there for support. The 24-7 support is also amazing. The app's giveaway feature also allows us to run in-store giveaways, which we connect to our FB lead ads to draw traffic to the store. You can also run one-day giveaways for live events. The list goes on and on. What a great buy! My team and I are so excited about our purchase. IF I COULD RATE THIS 10 STARS I WOULD. Thanks again to the MAV TEAM!

This was one of the only points apps available when we first opened. It was increasingly expensive. $2500 a year in order to be able to accommodate our customers with very little features. - does not work with POS - does not process returns - does not allow customers to change their contact info (have to email app) - hard to navigate the system and find settings. - auto sent customer email to remind people to use points without asking us. Just did it randomly one day after 3 years of using it (so many people redeemed points in the weeks to come that was not planned) - no limit able to be set with "pay with points" customers redeems hundreds of dollars in one transaction. The one star was earned because the customer service was always good. They always got back to me quickly although VERY pushy with upgrades. Which is what prompted me to start looking for another app. There are better apps available that work great with retail store using POS and online, for half the cost. We have 4,000 existing points customers and growing, for a size comparison and pricing.

Additionally, the points you have mentioned are incorrect and I am clarifying here both for you and the readers of the review - Your pricing has remained the same for 4 years and we did write to you confirming the same price for your renewal as well. In fact all the enhancements that we have made have all been included free at no cost for both existing and new customers. - Returns – both partial and full refunds are reflected correctly in deductions of points. I can assure you this feature works absolutely fine. I have looked at your account and did not find any ticket raised by you informing us of any issues with refund deductions. - I apologize that you find the system hard to navigate- If you had sent us an email, we would have done a personalized video for you- Both my team and I have in the past done personalized videos for our customers when they have informed us of any difficulties they are facing . We also have a free 1 on 1 training call that you are able to book as per your convenience. - We bring lots of enhancements to our apps- The email you are referring to was an enhancement and we did inform you about this email and how to configure/ pause it . We have received very positive reviews for this email from thousands of our customers and our internal analysis has shown an uptick in sales for customers who have configured this email. - We never push for upgrades- Its totally upto you. - POS- yes we do not have the integration. And, we have never claimed to have one. That said, we are working on brining this for our customers- Again , this will be included at no extra cost. I would be happy to call and take you through all the features and many more enhancements to come. I can assure you and the readers, that our single mission is to make you, our customers successful. Gratisfaction is becoming an app that will support our customers’ business through various stages and lifecycle. It is becoming much more than a loyalty app- It is already helping our customers run giveaways, contests and promotions. Our company previously used this plugin/app on woocommerce and continued using it when switching to the Shopify platform. Customer support is great and has been able to make the change happen quickly and with minimal problems. They helped us fix and edit settings, along with provided tips and provided information on other opportunities the app has that we do not currently use. Recommend this app.

Used the giveaway feature. The support team is awesome, I emailed about an issue I was having and they helped me fix it quickly and then gave me extra helpful tips as well! Thank you so much! Giveaway has really helped me grow all of my social media channels all at once which is critical for a small business. Was very easy to set up and connect my mailing service mailchimp through an api and add to my mailing list.

I like this app, it's easy to set up and quite straightforward. I'm excited about new features in the near future. Customer support has also been extremely helpful and I appreciate that. I'm not rating 5 stars though because I wish their knowledge base and FAQs were more complete and that they provided user documentation.

I love this app! ive been using it since I opened my website in 2020! and I love it..I would recommend this to other business and also my customers love it as well. and they have excellent customer service...very helpful.

The app seems packed with nice features. Unfortunately it only works if your site is using a single language. The low score is to reflect that the page shows numerous languages which led me to believe it supported them concurrently.

I've been a long time customer of gratification since my old WordPress site, nothing is too much trouble for them and they helped me with lots of things that I was unable to do because I'm not very confident with techy stuff. They are very speedy with customer support, I'm a very happy customer it was a no brainer I carried on using them with my new shopify store

I am very impressed with this app. It can do everything that we wanted it to do including integration with LOOX. The configuration is quite simple once you figure it out. The odd time that I struggled with something, I reached out to the customer service team and my questions were answered immediately! The customer service is simply outstanding! Great app and great service, a winning combination for us!

This is a highly versatile app that I leverage for many unique programs on my website. I have been using the app for well over a year and on the rare occasions that I need tech support, they are super fast, efficient, and extremely pleasant to work with. I highly recommend! I’d strongly recommend Shopify to take a look at this app and what the developer is doing with the traffic. Several things we were only able to see when we started testing the app: Issue 1 - They are forcing a user to use a logging PIN (the use of this is neither explained or possible to remove) if the user returns to the contest. There are several problems with this - the pin is logging the user in the app itself, not my website - the purpose of the pin is not explained anywhere, so it’s very confusing - the app generates a new pin with every action a visitor takes, just to add to more confusion - there is no way to disable this feature even after I contacted their customer service they were not able to do it. Issue 2 - Share on Facebook post prominently displays this Apps name and it looks as if they are organizing the giveaway. There is NO mention of our company name. This was not removed even after we paid to remove their name from the footer. Issue 3 - If you don’t set up a page with the contest on your website the link your visitors will share will only take the new visitors to their app, and there will be no way for the new visitor to get to browse your website. The app is also very limiting when it comes to customization of how it appears on the site. We have tried working with their support team on all these issues and got nowhere.

PIN is password protection and as such is only ever required to access secure area that has your customers' personal and sensitive data. So it protects unauthorized access to sensitive and personal data. It is not required for participation in campaigns. The sign up to campaign can also be done on your website- My colleague did explain this to you. 2. As I had explained, we have to comply with policies and technical features of the social network platforms. Else these features will not work. I had also honestly disclosed the white label features in my email to you. 3. I had outlined the steps to display campaign on your store in my email and had also activated this for your campaign - This is a standard feature within our app. I had also explained the 'Smart URL feature' 4. There is a lot of customization that is available and we listen to our customers feedback and enhance the app. I hope I have been able to clarify and assure all our customers of our support, privacy and commitment to the product.
