It is not just a app, it is a marketing powerhouse! The on screen and e-mail notifications to customers make customers happy. acting like a low key, on-going automatic marketing campaign, and it's done for you. The customer service and support team are superb. They will be right with you whenever you need them, providing quick and excellent service. Can't be happier! Highly recommended!

I have been recently setting up a store with quite some specific aesthetic requirements which I could not edit myself within this app. The support team at Growave have been exceptional and have gone over and above to ensure that the plug ins and widgets not only function, but seamlessly fit in with my site design and look and feel. I have been using Growave for several months and have loved it. My customers love the option to earn points and I love the confidence buyers get from having reviews on products. I recently changed my shop theme and found it necessary to reach out to the developer team for assistance. They were very quick and professional and had my issue fixed quickly. I would highly recommend this app.

Thank you for your excellent support! I'm a Shopify beginner, so there are many things I don't understand, but they were willing to accept and solve even the most detailed requests. Also, I am Japanese, so I think I caused trouble with my poor English, but they patiently dealt with me. The functionality of the app is also great. I will continue to use this app.
