I'm pleased with Growave. I was quite confused at first on how to change the widget position, but Ayana from customer support help me a lot by moving the widget to a better location, and looks much nicer now.

日本製の有料テーマ「MISEル」と合わせて利用しています。 写真つきのレビューとレビューに対するリワード、ウィッシュリストやソーシャルログインなど必要な機能がまとまっていて、とてもうまく機能しています。 管理画面も日本語にできますしレビューなども日本語で表示が崩れることはありません。 サポートは英語になりますが、翻訳ツールを使えば問題なくコミュニケーションがとれますし、とても素早く対応していただけました。 （追記） 使い始めてから2年が経ちますが、常に改善と機能追加がされており、shopify自体の仕様変更にも対応されています。 多機能なアプリなので、使い方がわからなかったり、うまく動かないこともありましたが、サポートに問い合わせるといつも素早く、丁寧に対応してもらえるのでとても助かっています。

The functionality of the app is great, and the customer support is top-notch! They are always quick to respond and help with issues. From an aesthetic standpoint, there are some things I would improve, but you really can't beat Growave when it comes to the value you get for the features.

I have been using Growave now for over year and just absolutely love. Customer service is top notch. The team was able to resolve a problem I was having with the review slider in my theme and they resolved it so quickly. You can even get on a zoom call which honestly is the best part when needing tech help. Thank you Nurila and Aidana!

Amazing product! Backed also by an amazing team, super helpful and with quick replies and fast implementations. There are a lot of components to the app and you'll need to spend some time to make sure that you set it up correctly, but well worth the time and effort

This app is great! It does the job of 4 other apps we were using and paying for individually. It is saving us a huge amount over the course of the year. And the support is outstanding! 英語ができない日本人ですが問題なく使えます 管理画面のUIもシンプルで言語も日本語が選択できるので、基本的な設定はスムーズにできました。ヘルプページも機能ごとによくまとまっているので参考になります。 とは言え、ところどころ設定でつまづいた部分やストアの表示についてカスタマイズ要望があったので、メールでサポートに問い合わせました。サポートは日本語対応していませんが、翻訳ツールを使って快適にコミュニケーションが取れます（私は英語は全く使えません）。返信も半日以内で来ますし権限を付与して直接ストアのコード編集までしてくれます。 良心的な価格でここまで親切にサポートしてくれることにとても驚いてます。 ストアをオープンしたばかりなので現在はお気に入り機能とレビュー機能のみの利用ですが、ストアの成長に合わせて他の機能もぜひ活用したいです。
