I am enjoying the cost benefit of having all the options for one low price. Ive had a couple of setup issues that were attended to quickly, however Im thinking my product page load speed has suffered as it takes some time to finish loading. Its not so bad because it still loads everything important quickly, but does does make my product pages look clunky.

I appreciate the Growave team's response as we have worked through problems to reach solutions and get everything operating as we need. When everything is in proper working order, it does exactly what we need for our complex system. I am grateful to the Growave team for being available and helpful, and for bringing so many features that my customers and I use constantly. Just worked with Alex who helped me solve a number of issues. He was stellar and incredibly helpful and friendly. Growave has great support as others have noted. One thing is that -- the fantastic value they provide aside -- the Rewards customization and design is sorely lacking and poorly designed. After seeing Yotpo and other loyalty program VIP rewards and related design pages, I'm hesitant to launch with the current Growave look and feel for Rewards. It's not bespoke at all -- and their PageFly integration doesn't extend to Rewards I can have someone code to customize, but that runs risks, of course. But I may go that route as I need something that looks and feels at least someone bespoke and brand customized. I'm definitely using them for all their other apps, and I rate the "5 Stars" for those. And again, their support is outstanding. Fantastic team!

Great customer service from the Growave team. There are a few more features this app could provide for an in-depth loyalty system though.

We use this app to help us with reviews, instagram feed, social login and wishlist. It makes so much sense to have one app cover all the bases! So far it all works well. Any issues are dealt with promptly by the support team who are excellent, fast and responsive.

An all in one app for reviews, Q&A, loyalty and more. Very powerful and the team is very responsive. I should say their services have improved even over the past few months.There is definitely room to improve the QA process. I also wish we could integrate with Klaviyo with other plans and not just the highest plan.

Does everything I need and is better than the old reward app I used. I'm not easy to persuade in changing apps as it's often a lot of work so props to them for making me switch!

Went with Growave after comparing different Loyalty & Reward apps. This is one of the best out there, especially when you compare the costs. You get a lot of value for your money. We haven't tested it out in the field yet, but walked through it in a development environment. Looks very promising. The customer service is on point. They are very helpful when it comes to customizing for your theme and also quick to answer questions about functionalities. A few things could be improved here and there to make customization easier and a couple functionalities could be added to make the app even more effective, but overall an excellent app. If you are looking to launch and Loyalty program this app is definitely one to give a go!

Excellent service from the app team. They are fast to get back to your with your questions and are able to help you make small changes so the app works better for your particular store. Only downside is that you cant add birthdays to customers accounts at the till. The customer has to login on a computer and do this themselves. Otherwise, a great app.

Must have All in one APP - Wishlist, Reviews, Rewards, Social Login and much more. Additional Review after few days: 1 - Bug fix resolution time is very high (More than a week) 2 - Vert poor performance of reviews widget. Reviews take more than 6 seconds to load.

We use Growave for our social proofing, certain email campaigns and referral that is on-the-way. Their customer support is excellent. The interface is not the easiest to navigate, but for our scale of operation, it is comprehensive and decent value for what it does from Reviews, Referrals, VIP and wishlist-ing.

I am enjoying the app so far. I wish that Wishlists worked like they do on Amazon, allowing people to buy gifts for their friends.

The price is scary, this price is recommended for life, learn from the theme of the sales model, you have to lose money before making money is not suitable Can you import comments from Aliexpress in batches? Very important

Have used this app and everything went well. They have a good support and able to achieve my desired colour and look based on my theme. I tried to activate the review app but it affects some of the apps which makes it messy. I also thought of upgrading but when I check their plan the lowest is $199/month, I just uninstall it. Now I see $49/month but still a huge amount for a starter like me.

Customer support is excellent, very quick response and patient. The app really help to get orders, reviews and number of signups increased a lot. I like this app. However, the reporting / analytic functions are quite disappointed and not user-friendly.
