Since English is not the main language of our site, rewards, wishlists, and reviews programs have always been a big problem. However, Growave solved everything at once. I switched from Smile to Growave and everything went smoothly. Alex's customer service is great and super fast. And the development team took care of whatever I asked for. I definitely recommend this app!

Awesome app, supports almost all the rewards I wanted. Customer service is excellent, responsive and helpful. UI is friendly, easy to use and the price is reasonable. 5 stars highly recommended

We're a long-time merchant online but new to shopify interface. Have tested several apps and we'd say Growave is the BEST app and company on shopify. The app itself and the superb customer service and the extra miles they are willing to modify their app to suit our unique needs on our trial! Primeneckwear.com is thrilled with the app Growave. The reviews, rewards, and wishlist are easy to setup, easy to use and understand and the service is just as superb! Growave makes it easy to integrate highly effective tools that increase orders and engagement! Instead of having a bunch of apps to do these things Growave does it all for a fraction of the price! We had a few question about a few items and Alice was there to respond within seconds. All of the questions were thoroughly answered and we were further educated on some best practices. By far the best app I have come across with tons of functionality. The app delivers everything that is shown above. Tina, Alex and Alice from support team are extremely knowledgeable and give quick solutions.

Been using this app for awhile. Customer service will help you when they can. Now you can upload your images from with in the app. At first they had to do it unless you knew what you where doing. Back then they still never took that long on doing that either. Plus it's affordable for all the premium apps they offer in the bundle. Need some updates in the knowledge base for 2.0 themes though...*hint*

We've recently started using this app. It's great to have the product reviews showing subtly on every page. The customer service I needed to edit the Rewards tab was really helpful.

I needed a loyalty program that did not have any hidden "gotchas" and that had a pricing program that allowed the charges to grow with my business. I reviewed a number of programs and found that although their starting price was fine, as soon as I tried to use it, there were aspects that would force me to upgrade my subscription. Having installed the app, I have found the support staff really helpful and responsive- which is important when you are first starting out on your program Well done Growave

When I first got Shopify for a new website, I knew I needed to get a membership/loyalty program. The problem is "WHICH." You have all these positive reviews on every app across the platform which mostly touch on how helpful the customer service is (which I think should be a given and not really something to write a review about, so basically didn't help with my selection of apps at all - not enough info on the function of the app itself) I was struggling to either go with Smile or other cheaper/free alternatives. In the end I chose Growave for the long term route based on in-depth reviews online. Sure, I've had my concerns with this app at first but overall, it's simple, customizable, a lot of options for me to create an experience for site visitors. So far things have been going pretty smooth after some tests and real transactions. The team has been stellar with the support (not the most important on my criteria for choosing an app) but Tina was super quick with the response that it saved me a lot of time which I am thankful for. So yeah, you have a great arsenal to build a membership/loyalty program and a responsive team behind it. Couldn't ask for better myself. Hope Growave continues to be this good.

Best loyalty app I’ve tried. The experience of the app is user-friendly and the I got all the functions that I needed. The customer support team was amazing, they were fast responsive and helped with alternative ideas. Highly recommended!
