This app is awesome in its features alone, but what makes it the perfect choice is the stellar customer support I have received in the first couple of weeks of using it. I hope they can keep up this kind of customer service because they are doing a fantastic job. We had many requests and we talked via chat with them almost daily in the first two weeks but Alex, Tina and their colleagues were always there for us and helped us greatly. I can only recommend it and hope to be successfully using this app and their support for a long time to come! Thank you!

I don't often write reviews because most service providers want to get positive reviews within a couple of days after the app's implementation. But this case is different. I spent a very long time searching, studying and comparing all loyalty programs in the app store and growave stood out in the following aspects: 1. Versatility: review, loyalty, login and wishlist all together. Have not tried IG yet. 2. Affordability: reasonably priced. Other highly-rated APPs are far more expensive. Those at similar price points do much less. 3. Support: throughout my journey so far, I've talked with Tina, Alex, and Alice, all of them are very attentive and professional. Solved my requests lightning fast. All in all, i couldn't recommend enough on this APP. It has made my day and so it will to yours if you give it a try. It does more than you want.

THE BEST APP we have even installed since we started using shopify. The support team is absolutely professional and the app is very thoughtful on every aspect on the interface and usage of the web page. 100% recommend.

We use all the functionnalities that Growave has to offer: rewards, reviews, wishlist, instagram and social login. Everything runs smoothly and adds tremendous value to our business. Special koodos for customer service: growave team is always there to help, they reply quickly and always provide solutions. Here are two add-ons that would be great to see one day: 1. that once a customer exchanges points for a discount, it applies automatically to the cart (some of our customers are confused). 2. that we have access to more information about our wishlist and can extract all the data ourselves (right now growave team does extraction on request though, so, information is available). Thank you guys, great app and great servce!

Growave is super useful!! There are so many great features and they work seamlessly. The support is also nice, responsive, and helpful. Highly recommended! I have tried other Loyalty apps before and none of them have the ease of setup and implementation as Growave. The out of the box options already have a beautiful modals and you can style to make it on brand. Usually the Support for many Shopify apps offer good Support, but they go above and beyond. Besides that their UI is simple and easy to navigate, offer full flexibility on how to setup your points/rewards and their Shoppable Instagram modal is incredible and, in a few days, drove more revenue than I expected. Highly recommended!

Amazing app but even better customer service! The team always respond quickly to any questions that arise and are a great help. Special mention to Tina for her assistance with getting our rewards system linked to our POS. We are excited to have Growave apart of our Shopify store in 2022 and to explore more features.

Growave has seen a lot of improvements recently, especially with V2, which brings better customization, improved branding options, and increased reliability. I've been using Growave extensively: VIP Tiers, Rewards, Reviews, Wishlist, etc. And while I had some reliability concerns in the past, they’ve really stepped up over the last year. One of the biggest advantages is the seamless integration of features. You can reward customers with loyalty points for leaving reviews, and such, which adds value. For the price, you’re getting tons of great functionality in one app. And of course, the customer support is outstanding. They solve all your problems, go above and beyond, and are even willing to make minor customizations. Always responsive, always knowledgeable, and always helpful. Overall, it's a great app that keeps getting better. Please keep up the great work on improving reliability and UI!

We used this app for a year and so far the setting is easy-to-use but there are some restrictions in the custom setting. Other than that, the customer service is very helpful, fast responds. I would recommend all of you to use it!
