I've been using this app since 2020, and it's worked great. I just updated to 2.0, and the migration team was very helpful. It was a super smooth transition. Love the look and functionality of the new version.

Growave has been an integral part of our website journey from the very beginning, and it continues to impress us with its responsive support team and user-friendly interface. The rewards system is simple for our customers to understand, encouraging engagement and conversions. Managing five Shopify stores across different regions, we find the review synchronization feature especially valuable, as it helps us maintain consistency and credibility across all platforms with ease.

We’ve been using Growave since 2023 and have consistently found their support team to be incredibly helpful and responsive. Since upgrading to Growave 2.0, they’ve gone above and beyond to guide us through the changes, customising features to align perfectly with our rewards program, website, and branding. Like many apps, the development team hasn’t always got customisations right the first time, but what really stands out is how quickly and effectively they resolve any issues. Their willingness to listen, adapt, and deliver solutions makes them a pleasure to work with. The excellent combination of features has been invaluable for building customer loyalty, trust, and social proof. We highly recommend Growave.

We have been using Growave for the past two years. The platform has been instrumental in implementing our loyalty program, as well as collecting and displaying verified customer reviews on our website. Growave has so many customizable features and integrates with our other marketing service providers. On top of that, the Growave support team is very responsive and helpful, always responding within 24 hours. It has been a great addition to our marketing efforts. I highly recommend it for both rewards and reviews!

The tool does everything that some of the bigger (more expensive) players are doing and they're always iterating for the better. Not only is the app an important part of our tech stack, the Growave team are simply amazing, efficient and open to suggestions to evolve. It's an easy 5 out of 5 so far. You get way more than you pay for. This app is insanely comprehensive and does exactly what I need for the growth of my store. Customer support is top notch. I submitted a ticket because there was an un-editable link that was going to a dead landing page and Annie helped me out almost instantly. I am from/based in Hawai'i so my hours are always weird compared to the rest of the world but I woke up to the links fixed after sending an email very late last night. So stoked!! No commission/incentive or comps for this review, I'm seriously just a happy customer and can't wait to see how this wonderful app grows with my company. My favorite purchase of 2025 so far. Growave allows us to add key features (like a VIP program and Wishlists) to our site easily and in a cost effective way, and we've been using Growave for 4 years now. The few times that we encountered some issues with the Rewards module, Growave Support was very responsive and continued following up until the issues were resolved. Most recently, we discovered that our site template was still implementing widgets in an old way. The moment we asked Growave Support for help, they explained the issue to us and quickly helped us fix things even over the weekend. We also appreciate the enhancements and new features that have been added over the years, and look forward to using Growave for more years to come.
